Yesterday I went in and bought empanadas to go. While me and my fiancée were there, I ate one, and the worst part is that the empanada was super cold on the inside but very hot on the outside. As soon as I tasted the cold part I immediately spit it out and told the bartender, who then had to take it to the kitchen to warm them up good. Now this morning I woke up with severe food poisoning. This is absolutely ridiculous I’ve never had food poisoning in my life, and I would never expect something like this from your establishment. Your kitchen team clearly needs better training and food-safety oversight. On top of dealing with being sick, I want to make it very clear that serving improperly heated food poses a serious health risk, and businesses can be held accountable when they fail to meet basic food-handling and safety standards. I’m hoping you take this matter seriously before it escalates further, because this kind of negligence is unacceptable.

This is one of our go-to spots. Our food is always hot, fresh, and flavorful. During our last visit, we wanted to try something new, and our waitress Marra offered some great recommendations and made sure we were pleased with our selection. If you've never been, give them a try!

The best passion fruit juice (maracuyá) Ive had in the US. The chicharróns were excellent, evenly cooked without any hard spots, and quite tender with a nice flavor. Service was knowledgeable and helpful.

They won't make any concessions if you have dietary restrictions. Refused to cook their meat in butter as opposed to oil despite offering to pay extra.
I love Sacha’s. It’s not complicated. It’s just fresh and simple. I love to get the Especial meal, and the empanaditas are amazing. If I had a gripe on my last visit it would be that the server charged me for the drink that was included with my meal and then argued with me when I showed her the menu said it was included. I chalked it up to her being new. Still love the place.

8/8/25. Friday evening. let me start by saying I was raised in Tampa/Sarasota area. Dinner for two around 7. sat outside. parking lot has a huge hole to maneuver around when parking. service was rushed and hectic. appetizer ordered bread cover cheese sticks and cold sauce horrible. fried pork cracklings no flavor at all looked nothing like picture just a bowl of old luke warm flavorless pork fat. black beans goya soup is better then there's by far. cuban sandwich couldn't even eat it not good at all and not on cuban bread. his plate was the Piccadilo 1 he ate very little of the plate just no flavor and more of the half cooked pork fat. server was more interested in cleaning the table off next to us than checking us out. total waste of 70 dollars. don't waste your time. you can do better at home for less.
Awesome food, service, environment and price
