I have eaten at Sbarro for many years in different locations. Was a great brand but my last 2 experiences have not been great at this location. Staff seams distracted causing me to repeat my choices 3-4 times. If they were busy I would understand but including me they had 2 customers. The food taste has also changed for me. Quality is not where it once was and price for a combo is within the cost of some buffets. Probably will not try again. I wish them well. Also, when checking out a customer please don’t step to the back talking and laughing on your cell while a customer is waiting on drinks. At least move out of view.

Absolutely loved my food from Sbarro. The customer service was great. The two gentlemen were casual and polite and explained their menu and my options very graciously.
Their Stromboli was fantastic and the meal was super cheap. I got the Stromboli combo which came with a drink and a side. I got a side of spaghetti. Stromboli? 10/10 The spaghetti? It wasn’t amazing, but it was filling.

One of the BEST places to get Pizza! Everything at Sbarro tastes great. I have been eating here for years I've had their pizza, strombolies, pasta, salad and desserts and their lemonade is wonderful. They also have an amazing staff. Steven and Nate are always friendly and making sure that you have a great experience. Sbarro also has a great app which I order from every week. You won't be disappointed!

Pizza smells like it was cooked from yesterday and reheated just now.. Pizza makes my stomach feels very sick after taking like 2 bite I couldn’t even offer the other 3 slices I bought to the persons I bought it for just the smell can tell it’s not good then eating u can taste very nasty. Please cook fresh pizza and stop reheating old pizzas

Even though the receipt printer was jammed and they were unaware of our online order the whole entire staff went above and beyond to make the situation better. I was completely satisfied even during error. They made up for it professionally and the food was absolutely delicious!!! Thank you all again so very much!!!
My family came here to purchase a large pepperoni pizza. There was a fresh whole pepperoni pizza sitting out in the glass but they wouldn’t sell it to us bc “it was the only pizza they have” ??? They told us to wait 25 mins for the manager to get off break to comeback and make another pizza. Keep in mind there was nobody else in line, they had literally no other business at that moment but refused to sell us the pizza they just made sitting out. I guess they like just sending good money out the door.

2nd time in as many months trying to order pizza. Placed order for 2 full pizzas and after the time suggested to pick up they did not even start the order or seem to know of the order. Was hopeful the first time was bad luck but now it's 2 for 2. The worst service I have received. Didn't even seem to care.
