My family has been to sidewalk pizza (in TR) twice in the last 10 days. The second time we used a gift certificate they provided bc the first experience was SO bad. They burned our pizzas so badly they told use they recooked them before even bringing them out. Then the two pizzas they finally brought us were also burned - literally black on the bottom like charcoal. One wasn’t edible. So, they gave us a gift card and apologized. Just a bad night, right? No. Tonight, the Pizza was burned again on the bottom- literally black, Their pizza is far too expensive to be served burned. Won’t go back again.

I am really upset with our visit to sidewall. Our friends referred us, to sign up for a birthday “free pizza coupon” for my husbands birthday this month. For backstory, we have a one month old baby and try not to get out much, but wanted a fun outing as a family. I called one of the locations and asked about the coupon and was told it was a birthday month coupon.

We go to the restaurant and speak with the restaurant telling her we were there to use the coupon. We ordered the pizza, ate, and when we went to pay, we were then informed our coupon wasn’t valid because it’s 2 weeks before the birthday. My husband’s birthday is the 19th. The coupon was apparently not valid until TOMORROW………. With our newborn we won’t be able to get back out and do this again within the next few weeks and the waitress said we may be able to get it refunded when it’s valid tomorrow. Then when she called the manager they said they wouldn’t refund.

If a customer comes in with kids and says they are there to use a coupon, the waitress should check to see if that’s valid beforehand. Before any order is placed.

Will not be coming back and am very disappointed and frustrated that we spent our outing there

A converted 3 bay aervice station serving NY style thin crust with tons of topping options. The parking lot was overflowing, but manageable. Dine in, take out, or get it delivered. It's REAL quality pizza! I'll be back 🏆👍😎

This is chef’s kiss perfection and a much-deserved review! A girl coming from the pizza capitol of the USA, I’ve had a lot of pizza in my life—but nothing prepared me for the culinary masterpiece that is the Peachy Keen Pizza at the Simpsonville location. This isn’t just food—it’s a full-blown flavor experience. From the first bite, I was transported. The base is brushed with a fragrant rosemary garlic oil that sets the stage with earthy, aromatic depth. Then come the sweet, sun-kissed local peaches, their juicy brightness cutting through the richness like a summer breeze. Just when you think it can’t get better, in comes the savory prosciutto, thin and perfectly crisped, adding a salty, umami punch that balances the sweetness like a dream. And then—feta cheese. Tangy, creamy, and just crumbly enough to melt into the other ingredients, it ties everything together with a Mediterranean flair. But wait, there’s more: a balsamic glaze drizzled with the precision of an artist, adding a dark, syrupy tang that elevates every bite. Fresh basil leaves bring a pop of green and a burst of herbal freshness, while their signature spicy honey finishes it all off with a sweet heat that lingers just long enough to make you crave the next bite. This pizza is bold. It’s balanced. It’s brilliant. It’s the kind of dish that makes you pause mid-bite, look around the room, and say, “Are you tasting this?!” If you’re anywhere near Simpsonville, do yourself a favor and get to this spot. The Peachy Keen Pizza breaks the rules and rewrites them with elegance and flair. Trust me—your taste buds will never be the same.

We gave them 2 tries and both times a smoked salad took almost an hour which is ridiculous. The hostess was very indifferent and didn’t apologize. There are several restaurants in the area and we’ll never be back there!

While the food was great & our server was very nice, management failed on this evening. I am a frequent customer at the Pelham Rd establishment. This evening I went because we had a half off coupon. I showed my e-mail, but for some reason the app wouldn’t open. They wouldn’t approve for the half birthday coupon. Even with an e-mail saying I had a half coupon, they still wouldn’t accept it. I hope the extra $10-$12 was worth it to them. Disappointed on how It was handled.

I went to the Sidewall on Pelham Road today and it was phenomenal. It was the best pizza ever made and I love pizza. The people who made my pizza deserve Raises. My server Melanie was amazing. She helped me pick the perfect pizza. I had the best time ever.

Everything I've ever eaten here has been delightful. We are GF (gluten free) and vegan. Sidewall has the best GF pizza Everrrr. Hands down. Also, every employee that I've encountered there is kind, patient, helpful and really wants to make sure you have a great experience. Even when they're super busy, Sidewall staff are always on top of things. I had a an over-the-top experience today at the Travelers Rest location in the afternoon, and I am oh-so-forever grateful for them today.

Their breadsticks are vegan and delicious! There are no vegan pizzas on their menu, but they have vegan mozzarella and will substitute it. I recommend their veganized “Stuffed Spinach” pizza. It’s served with a great crushed tomato sauce!

Used to be the best place in town but it's really went downhill. Last few times I have went here they have gotten the order wrong or had it ready way too early or way too late. This last time was my final straw. Had a birthday coupon that expired on Christmas I called and asked if I could still use it two days later they said yes. I ordered two pizzas and when I got there they would not let me use the coupon. Both pizzas were ready. I asked the manager if they would rather throw away the pizzas then let me use the coupon they said I could. She said absolutely not, They would rather throw them out. It's sad this place has went this downhill. I've spent thousands of dollars there over the years and it's just a real shame

We went to Sidewall this evening. We ordered 3 different pizzas and all 3 of them had hairs in it! When we said we did not want another one because we were grossed out, the lady made us pay $1. The staff wasn’t very nice saying it couldn’t have been them, even when it was a blonde hair (none of us had blonde hair). We LOVE the Simpsonville one but will not come back to the Pelham road location.
