I ordered 2 different flavors & I got plan chicken wings they are usually good everytime I go but this time I was disappointed drove 35 mins for nothing

Came in yesterday younger man took my order everything was good until I got my food. Man the wings were cold I’m like really so me and my lunch date left and went home. The wings was season well and sauced amazingly but was cold I just placed them in my air fryer but I shouldn’t have to do that at all I was really disappointed because 3 years ago would’ve never happened was on point it just saddens me because I like there food

Three stars because the food is very good but I consistently get incorrect orders and never get ranch in the bag when it’s ordered and paid for. I try to be understanding but it has happened almost every time I order here. Very disappointing but if nothing else, they make very good wings.

Only giving a 2 star because the food was good. I ordered on Uber eats and half my order was missing. They don't do refunds and their phone number doesn't connect. I'm super disappointed.

They always mess up my orders and I tried giving the benefit of the doubt but this last time they legit gave me two orders of wings with NO RANCH!! Who does that?! Im NEVER coming back here. Not worth your time or money.

I think it goes without saying based on the comments at how good the wings are but the burgers are the best around and it’s not even close. Chili is perfect, burgers are big and cooked perfect. If my heart could take it I would eat here every single day!

We use to eat here all the time and decided to stop since we were in this side of town. We ordered at 5:03 and received our food at 5:38, so call ahead. After waiting that long I assumed our food would be hot. The wings were cold and so were the fries. Supposedly the breaded wings took longer so it tasted like all the other food sat while the breaded wings cooked.

The wings are always good and they have a flavor for everyone! The owner is very kind and helpful. Smokin Wings is our go to for wings.
I waited at the drive thru window for 20 minutes and nobody came to the window. I saw the manager and a girl come by the window but never once acknowledged me. As a customer it is unprofessional to make patrons wait that long especially without being acknowledged. Also the portions for the sides are relatively small and could be of better quality. Never had a chance to order. There’s no point I. Having a window if none of the employees are going to acknowledge the customers.

I ordered 40 wings around 3pm to pick up at 6pm. They call my husband at 6pm to let him know that they ran out of wings! My husband was like my wife is there right now and you until now to call me!! The manager was so unapologetic and did not care. Then they said they were going to cancel the charge because I paid for them on line and then they still charged me so now I have to go dispute the charge with my bank. I won’t be doing business with this restaurant again.

Ordered takeout. There was visible food all over the floor in the kitchen. Multiple items missing from order. Food so salty it burns your mouth. It's been a year since we ordered and now I know why we stopped going.

I don’t understand all of the negative reviews because my meal was scrumptious. I ordered online for carry out and paid inside. The cashiers at the front were both friendly. I ordered the hot habanero and man it is truly hot. Very tasty but wow; it’s unlike the habanero wings I get normally. The only recommendation is I would like more flats than drums lol. Everything was delicious. They even gave a good amount of the blue cheese with it.
