Called to place an order was on hold for 7 mins. During this time I drove up there. Time I walk in they was picking up the phone as I hung up. There may have been 10 customers inside when I walked In. The cashier was on her phone and made me wait til she finished doing whatever on the phone. At this time I’m upset bc of the lack of customer service. I talk to the manager and I guess it’s o well bc I felt as if my concerns was taken very lightly. I try to support my people but I refuse to get treated any kinda way. I have been here several times and never dealt with this. Long story short,, I drove all the way up there for nothing. First of all, JAZZ is awesome ? ?This will be my go to WINGS spot! And they got fried okra and Mac & cheese!Goodness! The wings are delicious! They have every flavor you could imagine and so many more you've never thought of!Definitely go support these folks!

1hr 4min wait for an online order is beyond ridiculous. I come here every once in a while hoping the food time will be better the next time but unfortunately not. I think what makes it worse is the staff is unsympathetic. I understand being about money but whatever happened to customer service? The tea and lemonade is great however.

As a new customer, I ordered 30 wings for my family and to my surprise, we finished them in one sitting. That's how delicious they were! From the texture to the sauce and creamy ranch, everything was perfect. I can confidently say that I will definitely order again in the future because it was such a wonderful experience. I recommend the Bourbon.
Used to really like this place, but after the last order we received I don't think we'll be back. Had our order delivered and with that in mind I didn't expect our food to be absolutely piping hot. I expected it to be warm at best.The smoked hotdogs I ordered were cold all the way through and so was the side of baked beans. I had to microwave my food which made it a little better, but it didn't taste great. The chili was a little too salty and the flavor was off in some way. I tried just eating the sausage itself and while it was alright the texture was rubbery and it had a strange bitter and sour aftertaste. I ended up throwing them away and just ate the baked beans, which ended up being the best part of both meals.The boneless wings were barely sauced and what sauce there was ended up being the wrong one. The size of the wings themselves were decent and they were still good taste wise.I remember the quality of this place being much higher and I'm really disappointed that this place seems to be going down hill. I hope no one has an experience similar to mine and if this review is seen I hope it helps their standard of quality return to where it was.

Ok.... so this was our first time coming. And definitely our last.We ordered 2 combos one of them we did a side of cheese fries. The quality of cheese.....disappointing. I have pictures attached. Some cheap shredded cheese and it didn't melt.The wings I had were soooo small. I got the Barbecue teriyaki and the dry rub lemon pepper. The barbecue teriyaki I did enjoy, but the lemon pepper was horrible. I ordered a side of okra, that was good.My fiance had mild and spicy garlic, breaded. No garlic flavor and the mild didn't give mild at all.
Outstanding value.....40 wings for $30.....WOW!
