Ordered two smoothies, one to go for my spouse. accidentally dropped the too go smoothie in the lobby. Staff were super kind, cleaned the mess quickly, and provided a full new smoothie free of charge within minutes. Great customer service

the staff here is really young, which is evident when everyone is goofing off while we’re waiting 30+ minutes for a smoothie. the drive thru and inside are rarely open at the same time. I’ve been in the drive-through before where employees have walked up and said they’re no longer taking drive-through orders for the day. i placed an online order today, choosing to pick it up inside. however, the doors were locked and i had to wait in the drive thru behind two other cars. if you’ve ever been in this drive thru, you know just how long that is. needless to say, I wouldn’t have placed the order had I known I was going to be waiting for an unreasonable amount of time once again. I really liked their açai bowls, but cannot continue to spend my entire lunch waiting in a drive-through. unfortunately, similar smoothie and açai places take a third of the time

I went inside of store and ordered a gladiator chocolate with PB and espresso. I was given a cup that was overflowing and dripping from being overfilled. I seriously had to ask for napkins. I sat there for 5 minutes cleaning it myself. I had to take a sip before trying to put on new lid. I had to ask for ask since first was filled with shake, when I got to car I started to drink it the it tasted like pure coffee grounds. I will be taking it back. I regret giving a tip, there was no apologies for the messy overflowing cup. I hope management looks at video feed. Worst experience ever at a smoothie king, I would hate to see what her house looks like if this is why she finds acceptable. I went back to store to get a refund and had different employees who did apologize and gave me refund and went the extra mile Lisa

I had an experience that shook the foundation of my relationship between me and smoothie king but I’m here to tell you, it wasn't until i heard from the manager and she was more than willing to amend this issue and exceeded my expectations so yes i love my smoothies i will not get tired of them but this location could benefit from make over

The Smoothie King at Forest Park off S. Pleasantburg Rd. creates fresh , tasty smoothies. Staff is quick and efficient. The location is easy to access( walk- in or drive thru) and clean.
