I go here before work sometimes during the week, as I have an autoimmune disease it helps to be able to get a smoothie before work when I cant always eat a lot. I always ask for a foam cup as I'm going to be drinking it while I'm at work and I don't want it to go bad before I can finish it. 75% of the time they just put it in a plastic cup anyway. I've actually had to say hey I asked for a foam cup and have them put it in a foam cup like I asked for the first time. And that's after already waiting 10 minutes for the smoothie in the first place. I don't feel like I'm being unreasonable, if you offer to put it in a foam cup then you should when I ask for it. And they want to tip on top of not even doing it correctly. I mean come on
Location is currently closed yet the website that you are told to reference shows the location as open. Please update this. Also it will allow you to start and order on the app for a bit even though the location is close

I ordered online and walked in with 3 people that order & rec their smoothies. My cup was just sitting their. They rushes it, no sorry, no have a nice day
Store is temporarily closed, drove all the way across town to get a smoothie because online it said they were open and it's closed and it looks like they're completely redoing the whole store on the inside they're doing construction there is no smoothie King store open on woodruff road. đ
Love smoothie king but this location is currently down for renovations without any notice as to when theyâre reopening which is super annoying. At least update that youâre closed on Google..,

This is the second time this store has messed up. I spoke with the manager, he was understanding, but now here we are again.
This morning i ordered , ON THE APP ahead of time, a PB strawberry smoothie after waiting in the drive thru line for 10 minutes because they're renovating -___- only to taste it and realize there is not an ounce of strawberry in it. it is absolutely disgusting. To add insult to injury, I have called 5 times and no one will pick up the phone. And knowing from the last problem i had, they don't check the voicemails.
Save yourself some time and money and don't bother going here. the price has gotten higher and it just not worth it!

This locationâs management team needs to do a better job of staffing here. Workers are doing an awesome job, but 2 ppl when the drive through is wrapped around the building and the lobby is full is not gonna do it. Unfortunately this is normal for this location, hence all the wait times mentioned in the previous reviews.
TERRIBLE time management. ZERO % sense of urgency! The workers didnât even seem to be trying to speed up whatsoever with 5+ people waiting for their order/waiting to order. One man said he placed an order â30 MINUTES AGOâ and was told to wait! Are you kidding??? They didnât even greet or address customers as we/they came inâŠI found myself wondering, âwhereâs the manager around here?â If one of the 2 workers were a manager Iâm both surprised and disappointed. Iâm hesitant about returning but if I do I hope I have a better experience.

Our order of 2 smoothies and a bowl took over :30 minutes. The staff was apologetic, but , unfortunately, this is the reason we do not come here more often. (There where only two additional customers in the store).

Visited this location today and every window seal and a couple of tables, flying around and at the register were littered with flies. At the check out counter was a roach crawling.

I try to give this place the benefit of the doubt everytime I come they have the best prices in Greenville. But for some reason 8 times out of 10 the employees do not listen to a simple request which is to just put it in a foam cup like that is not hard âŠ
