I would like to compliment the staff working this evening. I don’t eat a lot of fast food and I decided to go to sonic tonight for some good junk food. The person working the window was so nice and the food was fresh and I had everything I needed without having to ask. Also the cherry limeade was made just right with the right amount of lime. The mozzarella sticks were hot and fresh and the burger was great. I just wanted the staff to know you are appreciated!!!

When I went to the sonic on woodruff road today as soon as I pull in I could smell the weed and not only that they messed up my order. I ordered tots and was given fries not to big a deal but don't like that it smelled of weed.

We placed an order in the app. We arrived at the restaurant and put in our stall number. We waited 30 minutes to get our order. Then they forgot something and we could never get them to answer the button.

Great service, staff was so helpful and friendly. I understand at times it's busy. I relate, but service was nice and all combos and blast were fresh and very appealing. Very professional and seems like they have a good management now! Love the coney!!
Parking: Good amount to stay busy and Martian with enough employees a little impressed with how fresh and fast it was and great service!
Kid-friendliness: Wacky pack was a fun experience for me and my husband and kids sit and eat with no phones in the car they loved it!!

I would have givin it 5 stars but the tables outside were dirty. The manager came and cleaned it for us. Get the fried pickles. They were so good.

We've been waiting for a hour and got part of our order the fries were cold and didn't Evan get are burgers and we are still waiting on them to bring the burgers out to us and wrong burgers will not!and I mean will not be coming

Food is like any other place, but they never have food prepared and always ask everyone to pull up and wait for food. You have to wait like 10 mins to get your food handed to you it’s really ridiculous and if your in a hurry don’t bother coming here. Really slow service.

Waited at the order screen for 10 minutes. I ordered my food and repeated atleast 3 times to make my combo large. I pull up to the window. She gives meMy drinks and they are medium. I ask if they were large she says no and I told her I had asked for large combos. She says I repeated it to you. I ask if I can get large tots and pay the difference She rolls her eyes at me and closes the window. If I hadn't been charged already for the food I would have just canceled and drove away. I wait 20 minutes for my food. She never comes back to the window someone else gives me my food. This is the first time I have stopped here and don't think I will again. Normally I get great service at sonic.

With the amount of time you have to wait for someone to greet you on the intercom to the time you wait in the line, you would think the food would be fresh and correct? NOPE! This sonic needs a WHOLE NEW STAFF! The energy screams lazy and the food is a clear example of that. And they have the nerve to look at you crazy when you give old, cold, stale food back. Go to a different restaurant, don’t waste your time and money here. Fire the GM FIRST because you know your staff or should be checking in. Know them numbers are trash!
