The food was delicious. I had the grilled ham with a side of fried green tomatoes that came with a dipping sauce that tasted great and I also had a side of cream corn. They do bring cornbread and biscuits to your table before your food is served. They was good and hot.

What an absolute delight! It was our first time here and green tomato’s sounded really good so we stopped in. The owner greeted us and was just so amazingly energetic and polite and nice! We ordered a vegetable plate and it was amazing! Also awesome sweet tea! We will definitely be back the next time we’re in town :)
It also had an amazing atmosphere and ambiance. Just an all around wonderful southern place.

Dine in today, me and my two grandchildren. Food good, but when leaving I ask for a takeout cup. Manager said they didn't have a takeout cuts.... But I could buy a plastic container for $4.00 to pure my drink in. I spent $40.00 for two kids under 6yrs old and myself, have been enjoying the restaurant for over 13yrs and I have to buy a plastic container cause you don't have any to go cups. As a Manager of any establishment I would have accommodated a loyal customer. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. To make matters worse I tip good.

Was served cold fried chicken legs.
Not really cold but definitely not just fried. Warm at best.
Everything else was excellent.

The service was awesome. The food not to my liking there was no seasoning what so ever. Doesn't give a southern food taste. The green tomatoes or porkchop had no taste, just batter. The rice and gravy was good.

I am weirdly infatuated with this place. They are on summer vacation right now, so this review is based upon 8 or so visits over the last 6 months. It's basically a meat and three restaurant, but superbly executed. The menu changes daily and always includes hamburger steak with grilled onions, a chicken breast smothered in a light bechamel sauce, outstanding fried chicken prepared a la minute, and a porkchop that is pounded thin before being breaded and fried, and covers the entire plate. An assortment of other entrees make the rounds, including delicious turkey and dressing, and a to-die-for Swiss steak that is meltingly tender. The meal starts with a buttery biscuit and a yummy corn muffin. The 'three' that accompanies the meat include homemade mashed potatoes, fantastic collard greens, crispy fried green tomatoes. There are a dozen or so other veggie side dishes. The servers are unfailingly friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere is authentically homey. The restaurant is delightfully untrendy, which makes it all the more appealing. I love it.

It’s nothing authenticated about it the photos made it seem pleasurable to the stomach but if you eat soul food you would know the diffebce green fried tomato was horrible and I will never go back but I do recommend Bosco’s baby they’re food is really delicious

Went for lunch last week and the service and food was great. I had the fried chicken livers and they were cooked to perfection. The waitress told me a little about them before I ordered and she was spot on.
The vegetable's were really good, not over seasoned. The only thing I was not thrilled with was the sweet cornbread and the cole slaw was really sweet. The iced tea was really fresh too. Over all a good experience. I will go back
