With that being said.. the Verdae Location definitely needs to make some improvements. I know not all days can be perfect, but the last three times I’ve been here, it’s been consistent that I always have to call to make sure the computer updated because I’ve already waited the 15 minute it said my food would be out.
All three times I’ve when I have called they’ve been out of something and they never called me to make sure I wanted it or to change.. along with me waiting for 15 - 20 minutes already, I’ve had to wait another 15 min bc they had to change something or just got the computer to refresh. So now, after the third time that this is happened and is being consistent. It makes me not want to come back again because I don’t want to do it a fourth time.
You can’t exactly go in this place till 9 o’clock because the lobby is locked. Its kind of frustrating because every time I come here I usually have to end up waiting almost an hour for the deliciousness.. not trying to be mean I just hope this helps. I still love the deliciousness of this food but I just don’t like waiting 45 minutes to an hour.

Came to the downtown location for the first time this morning while we were at the Saturday Market and it was fantastic! Delicious avocado toast and butter biscuit! Sara Caroline and Laken were very friendly and knowledgeable about their menu! Highly recommend this place!

I recommend this place with a couple of caveats. Their website gives the impression that you can order salads. I have to avoid certain things. Upon arrival, the hostess, counter person did not really greet me or explain how it works. She's too timid. None of the other staff greeted me either. I felt lost and really disappointed about the menu. I got the zoodle Pad Thai and it's good. Needed more sauce, tho. And the box says red bell peppers but they were green :/ which is harder for me to digest. I think the concept is amazing!! I've been to other places like this that serve living food items and I prefer those. So, I would update the website, hire or train staff to be more outgoing and helpful, and use the right ingredients. Still, everything was filling and delicious. The Mexicoco is divine! Please upgrade and I will be back!!

It’s my 1st day of juicing. I feel like my belly needed this break. The juice has been pleasant tasting and my stomach is happy. No complaints here. Now on to day 2.. prayer 🙏🏾 lol
