The barista named Bella was taking my order and then I asked if she could double the drink and she said, “I have to make another one” and then as I proceeded to go through the drive thru she said, “I don’t want to do this.” This was wrong, and should never be heard by a customer! I am completely appalled!

Is the extra $1.50 foam I paid for in the room with us? This is how my drink comes out at this location quite often. Rip off. Also how is this “light oatmilk”? Do you guys even read the label? Also, yes we all know about the Starbucks promise where if you ask them to remake it, the problem is most of the employees are passive aggressive and will even argue that the drink was made correctly. Honestly don’t know what the hiring process is like at Starbucks locations but they seem to hire majority angry people who have the worst customer service.

Ordered Green tea only to be told they were out…again, same employee. This was around 3:30 in the afternoon. Last time it was a couple of hours earlier so today I ordered a pink drink, I got a glass of pink water with no flavor, looked like someone didn’t pick up theirs and a half hour later they gave it to me. Going to have to avoid this location from now on…

This location is the closest to me and I find myself stopping in on the daily! My coffee is just right every time, as a barista myself I am always so pleased. My order is always right, they are always fast - even during a morning rush, and the baristas are SO kind and sweet to me every time!
