This location is one of the best if you're in a hurry as it never seems busy (relatively speaking). Can't believe it's almost $5.50 for a grande cappuccino these days. though.

The barista named Bella was taking my order and then I asked if she could double the drink and she said, “I have to make another one” and then as I proceeded to go through the drive thru she said, “I don’t want to do this.” This was wrong, and should never be heard by a customer! I am completely appalled!

I used to come here a lot, but not anymore. I'd sometimes buy chips and guac while I was studying but I had an employee demand I buy something or leave. What an asinine policy. Goodbye!

Is the extra $1.50 foam I paid for in the room with us? This is how my drink comes out at this location quite often. Rip off. Also how is this “light oatmilk”? Do you guys even read the label? Also, yes we all know about the Starbucks promise where if you ask them to remake it, the problem is most of the employees are passive aggressive and will even argue that the drink was made correctly. Honestly don’t know what the hiring process is like at Starbucks locations but they seem to hire majority angry people who have the worst customer service.

Went to work inside and they had a piece of paper taped to the door that said, “Drive Thru Only.” Big bummer
