We visited from out of town, and it was great to sit down for a breather here before leaving for travel back home. I usually get an americano, which was great. I also decided to try this smoked bacon crosant sandwich. It all tasted fresh and loved how our mobile order was ready right when it was expected to be on the app. It wasn't too busy or loud inside, and there was a decent amount of seating for a quick stop. This shop was clean and tidy.

I appreciate the interior decor. Looking like a West Elm magazine. I also appreciate the clean bathroom. I was passing through this location, taking a break from my 5 hr drive. Jose was my barista, and he was at the register. Shoutout to Jose! buena onda my drink was excellent. I was skeptical about the potential wait since the person ahead of me was taking her time ordering several drinks. I am familiar with throwback sbux days where a 2nd barista would prepare cups, taking the next person's drink order in line while the 1st person is being helped. Then, the barista at the register would ring up the cups and confirm orders as they come up. Either they have a 1 customer undivided attention method, or I was simply overlooked. There were about 5 teammates behind the counter with nobody in the drive-thru. Meanwhile, am I stuck waiting on someone to make up their mind when I could at least be acknowledged? Weird. In spite of my observations, the team made the customer's drinks ahead of mine, AND mine in no time!

My first time going there I ordered a cold brew with ice in a venti cup, I took 2 sips of it and it was gone there was so much ice and made the drink watered down and there was not enough sweet cream when I asked for extra I couldn’t go back because I had to go to work I came to address the issue and asked for a remake and they said that it was not their fault and that I was going to be charged for another drink. This was not a Good experience I don’t mind paying for a drink made correctly I love Starbucks and I am never coming back to this location now I have to come to another Starbucks. This has never happened to me before, horrible first experience, I will not come here again, and I don’t recommend anyone coming here. I understand if I did this often but this is my first time here so yea I used to work at Starbucks this is not how I was trained to treat customers, the supervisor on duty didn’t even care to understand why I wanted the remake she just said the too much ice is not their fault

Want a quick cup of coffee? Good luck with that. My breakfast wrap was ready in 2 minutes, but I waited 13 minutes for a cup of Pike Place coffee. Ever since they got rid of the drip coffee and went to this single serve situation, it sucks.

I have been stopping here once a week following a recurring appointment I have. I don't think I will be going back. Every frappacino I have gotten lacked flavor. The cup always is a sticky mess. I normally get a napkin ready to wipe it down. This last visit was it for me. I couldn't drink the frap because it wasn't mixed enough. Nothing would come out of the straw. I couldn't drink it and had to throw it away.

Man working the drive through at 10am this morning was incredibly rude. He was sarcastic, rude, spoke down to me and refused to respond to half of my inquiries. The worst service I’ve ever received at a Starbucks.

Came in with refillable cup bought at Starbucks and it was empty. Associate charged full amount and told me cup had to be clean but it was empty!!!! All other Starbucks give me no problems. Will not choose this location. Not friendly!!

It's good but the location is terrible. The parking lot is too small for the amount of customers that come here. The drive thru causes traffic jams on the main entrance street that takes you deeper into the shopping plaza. It's a car crash waiting to happen.
