A lot has changed in 2 years (when I thought everything was so nice and gave 5 stars). The manager is nice and engages with us. The staff treat us like they have never seen us before. If they make a mistake , there is no “sorry”. There is no “hello, how are you”. The employees never smile. It’s a lot like going to a MacDonalds where no customer expects to feel appreciated. Yet, there is the pop up on my phone asking that I add a tip. For what, exceptional service?
We previously ordered here and found the staff to be very accommodating. After a while, we needed to use the restroom, which was locked with a code. The staff promptly provided us with the code.

I have been going to the Starbucks off and on for 3 years. It’s on my way to work. Whether I’ve worked nightshift or dayshift, their drinks and customer service have stayed the same. I’m always greeted with a smile and my drink is always delicious. This Starbucks is one of the few things I can count on in my crazy shifts. Yall don’t know it, but you fuel this 911 dispatcher, and in my mind that makes you superhero’s for the whole county. Much love ❤️
