This is the worst Starbucks in Greenville!! I ordered on the app like I normally do and when I get to the store they tell me the thing I ordered they're out of. Well common Sense would dictate that if you're out of something you should say that on the app so people don't waste their time getting something they did not pay for. Then to top it all off the workers at this location did not put my top on all the way so when I went to drink my drink that I paid for it's spilled all over me I know they did that on purpose!!! This is just a fair warning if you ever go to this location and order on the app you're most likely not going to get what you ordered. Again the worst Starbucks in Greenville!!!!

Drink was passable but under flavored but the annoying part was packing a straw for a frappucino. Blended drinks need straws y'all, stop.

According to the Starbucks site and Google, this location is supposed to stay open until 9:30. I went to this location yesterday from downtown and got to the drive-through at 9:05. There was an automated message that they were closed. This was very annoying to drive across town just to find out they closed early. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location (hence the review). I checked the actual website to make sure since Google hours can sometimes be wrong but it was confirmed.

I was totally surprised by a creative addition to my drive thru experience and had to share this! I don’t know the artist behind this hilarious reference to Finding Nemo and my name but I loved getting it and may have to keep this cup for awhile ;-) Thank you guys! Your store is the best in Greenville!

I finally tried their Matcha Latte and I've never had anything so vile in my life. It had the most disgusting chemical taste! Now the service, 10/10! It was just the drink that was horrible. Don't recommend the drink but I do recommend the location!
Got my coffee but its black. They didnt put my cream and Splenda in it. 1st mix up in a long time....no worries.

Terrible with quantities! Last time I buy anything at Starbucks. According to their website, a small cappuccino should be 8 ounces, it's one ounce coffee, and then 7 ounces of air! 20 dollars for 2 ounces of coffee and 2 pastries.

Super grateful they were open on Christmas. Traveling during the holidays is so stressful and being able to stop here and get coffee was a blessing. The staff was super friendly, like they wanted to be there and I really appreciated that.

The Chestnut Praline latte is an absolute must this time of year. It puts any and all other seasonal flavors to shame. It was so popular that I ventured to 3 different Starbucks on my quest to find some and they were all sold out of the flavor. The staff here was amazing, fast and my skinny vanilla latte came out perfect. The establishment is clean and well designed.

I bulk ordered(used mobile order), and failed to check everything was in the bag, since the line was long and I didn't want to hold up the line. Upon, arriving at destination and my co-workers item was not in the bag, I called and was told to come and get it. No big deal, it wasn't that far and I arrived to get it. The man in the front was an absolute arrogant person and lectured me on how I inconvenienced him by not stopping at the kiosk. No sir actually, I've been inconvenienced. It's raining, I'm soaked it's 49 degrees out I think the words you are looking for are in your training manual somewhere. BTW, it was eggs that took two minutes to heat up. Get a reality check, I'll be soaked all shift from your first incompetent interaction.
