Excellent customer service and friendly staff, I rated low because we were in-person and sat there for 15 minutes waiting on our order while numerous cars and mobile orders were filled even after we had ordered. It's clear that Starbucks has an incredibly rude and frustrating policy that in-person customers are the lowest priority.
