I normally go to the other Starbucks on Pelham rd where they are super friendly, however they were out of my drink so I went to this location for the first time instead. Unfriendly and unprofessional is an understatement regarding the person working the drive thru today. I stated that I had a mobile order (under my name) and was legitimately screamed at through the speaker with such an attitude from the employee until I heard another employee speak up behind them to clarify my order. When I approached the window I was handed my drink and then received the drive thru window slammed in my face before pulling away. I guess they were angry with the fact that I had a mobile order? I’m not sure but I know for sure I will never be back to this location. My drink also had maybe 3-4 ice cubes in it when I received it and it was a venti.

One of the worst experiences I've had at a Starbucks. The young lady got upset because I requested lite ice lol. I'm not paying $7 for a cup of flavored ice. That was after waiting 20 minutes for them to prepare 1 drink. Go to the one down the street. This one is terrible. The barista had a horrible attitude. Don't work there if you are not customer service oriented.

they are out of everything. Sat there for 10 mins before they told me they didn't have my sandwiches, didn't have anything for the lemonade and my coffee tasted like hot water! this location is starting to fall apart. Hopefully the new one in old spartanburg is better! been going to this one for years . NO MORE!

I wanted to recognize the barista at this location. I went through the drive-through around 850 on April 30 and realized that I had ordered to the wrong location. I am tired and stressed mama traveling with a toddler and a dog and the barista was so kind and provided excellent customer service by making my drink right there at the window and providing a pup cup. I really appreciate the gesture and it made my morning. Thank you!!

😬😬 A barista was cleaning near the espresso machines. Instead of spraying cleaner on the cloth aiming away from the drinks and dishes and then wiping the surface, she sprayed all over the surface getting cleaning chemicals all over the lids to the cups and a beverage shaker. She also was going back and forth between cleaning and preparing beverages without washing her hands. This is in front of guests, I’m concerned what cross contamination and health codes are being broken where we can’t see. 😬😬

Ordered online, drink wasn't ready when I arrived. They told me my order didn't print but would get it made. I was still there 45 min later, meanwhile other orders that were taken after mine were being made. Everytime I asked about my order I just kept getting told they were getting to it. Asked to get a refund because I was going to be late for work and was told they couldn't do that. I had a problem before here but gave them a second chance. Will never go back to this location again. Worst Starbucks around

The barista in the morning needs an attitude check. If you’re not happy to work there then quit, don’t take it out on your customers. Everytime I go to pickup he always has an awful attitude.
