I stood in line and all the employees ignored me and continued to talk to each other about there days they only acknowledged me when someone else got in line behind me. I then I asked for a tall hot chai and she writes it on a grande cup, the thing is that they only put 2 pumps of chai in a tall so the rest of the cup was filled up with milk and I paid $5 for hot milk essentially and then the continued to ignore me and the rest of the customers. I threw it away when I left and drove to another Starbucks

I was greeted with I think a guy with piercings hanging out of both sides of his mouth. Once my payment was received I watched I think a gal make my drink with a silver ring hanging out of her nose. Both had the personality of a rock. To top it off I paid over $6.50 for a medium peppermint mocha. I think I'm done giving Starbucks my money.

Ordered a medium drink they filled it halfway and told me that it doesn't get filled all the way for that drink how does that makes any sense u charge me for a medium and fil it half way full why not charge for a small amd fill it up what a rip off the lady that made it was rude and disrespectful said she would have to charge me again to fill it up another guy behind the counter was gonna fill it up and she said no dont.
