I stopped here while traveling to Greenville. I walked from Westin. I recommend ordering on the app rather than ordering at the register. Since I walked and didn’t know how long it would take to get there, I didn’t order ahead of time. I was the only person waiting to order, but I ended up waiting a long time and ultimately placed my order on the app anyway.

Should not take over ten minutes to make an americano and heat up a sandwich. Everyone was seriously just standing around while one girl made all the drinks. Almost broke my jaw on the sandwich cause it was sitting there so long. Really put a cherry on top of today, thanks Starbucks.

Walked in and nobody was taking orders. I understand being busy, but nobody even said they would be there soon. I didn’t see a sign that you have to mobile order, maybe they should add one.

Had a large order for a customer appreciation event. They got the drinks out within 10 mins of the order.

They have a nice new updated location and the employees were very welcoming and kind.

Absolutely the worst Starbucks experience of my life. My friend and I came in to get some food and drinks and were meet with the most creepy cashier I have ever encountered. I work in food and bev so don’t get me wrong I give a lot of grace with service. But this man took it way too far… not only was he just simply doing a poor job of taking our orders and making us repeat everything multiple times. But in addition he made both of us EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE!!! This man kept asking us personal questions over and over even when we were not responding. He was just standing at the register quite literally starting us down and continuing to try to ask personal questions even tho neither of us would make eye contact or even respond. When I tell you that this was the LONGEST and most uncomfortable wait for coffee of my whole life and if I ever see that man again I will RUN not walk away from that creep.

Really kind service! I was having a bad day and having an argument with my hoa on the phone and while on hold I ordered a drink. I had to go outside to keep talking, when I came in the lady at the front (sorry I forgot her name I wish I could give her a shoutout for being so sweet ) left me a sweet message on the food I ordered. “Sorry you’re having a bad day- this will pass ?” Things like this really change people’s day! Very sweet girl and great reflection on the company! Hope I can catch her name next time she deserves credit.
