We went this location for coffee and some pastry. We ordered small cappuccinos but our cups came with 2 onces of coffee and a lot of white cold foam. They say the small containers should como with 8 onces according what is written in the board. We felt robbed! Never come back to this location.
Worst Starbucks ever. Ordered a caramel Frappuccino and got 2 shots of caramel and the rest was ice. 6.00 for a cup of ice. Terrible

Tonight, around 930/10, I went by Starbucks to order a drink when I saw and heard an employee by the name of Edna cursing in from of customers. It was really unprofessional, especially in a hospital setting and with so many patients, visitors, and kids around. I normally have a great experience with the staff here, but Edna, cursing the way she was, is unacceptable. I'm going to be calling the corporate number tomorrow, as well as notifying the hospital administrator about her behavior.

The lady that took my order was great, even recommending a low calorie option for me after I inquired. The food was perfect. I mixed my coffee and found there were no stir sticks or stoppers. When I asked, the response was, "Things happen!" I suppose they do, but did someone forget they are a coffee shop, representing Starbucks, no less? Somehow, I don't think they would be pleased.
