Majority of the staff have a very nasty attitude, no matter how many workers they have the line always moves slow, and orders are constantly getting made wrong. When you bring the errors to their attention, they act as if you did something wrong by wanting the order you paid for with your hard earned money to be made correctly. They are not apologetic and are quick to snatch back the drink made wrong like someone is trying to get a free drink out of them.

This review is for whomever manages this store. The staff is amazing. The service is amazing but manager that order and keeps this store restock needs a change in employemnt. Once again this establishment is out of basic things and it's been days since they have been restocked. Please hire someone is capable at this location.

It's a hospital Starbucks.The drink qualities are somewhat inconsistent depending on the barista, but you quickly learn who makes the better drinks.

Rude kinda all the time. Asked if they could check to see if my drink was in their system and she said yes and just kept going about her day. I realized they are busy but maybe customer service needs to be trained here.

It's a 24/7 public store but not open for the public. I had been going there for awhile, working night shift......now it's a private public store.

Went in to grab a cold brew and the cash teller said they only have hot drip coffee, as in, that's all they serve there. She was kind of rude with no explanation of why they only had hot drip. There are signs all over the place with cold brew options but they don't serve them apparently.

I really hate leaving a poor remark, but the staff here has been unfriendly on more than one occasion. As I was browsing the menu I told the lady behind me to go ahead. She ordered 4 drinks and the gentleman that took my order had to make them as well as they were short staffed. The other person behind counter was stocking. I would call her a lady but she did NOT act like one. After he made her drinks he took my order. She got back in line and proceeded to ask how much cups where and get price checks on several things while I patiently waited for them to even start making my drink. 10 minutes go by after I place my order and I polity asked the girl if she would make my drink bc I could no longer wait. She told me it was just the 2 of them and I needed to wait. Once she started making my drink she angrily slung a milk carton halfway down the counter! She placed my drink on counter finally and when I told her thank you she intentionally ignored me, so I repeated myself. RUDE. Sorry that you are overworked hun but stocking should not have taken priority over timely service or the manners you left at home.
