I come to this store 4 of the 5 days in a work week. Typically, I make my orders online approx. 8-10 minutes before I arrive so I can swing through on my way to my job. Drink quality is hit or miss, depends on the staff working that morning. Recently, I've been ordering in the drivethru and paying at the window. Today makes the third time I've received the incorrect amount of change back. Not a few cents, whole dollar amounts (in excess of 5 or more) have not been returned to me; I never get a receipt. Taking your customer's money unbeknownst to them is theft OR you've got an employee pocketing money.
Also, I tried contacting the store- no one picks up the phone to notify the manager or a supervisor. I could give very detailed descriptions of the employees who serve me. This is the last option to notify anyone. I'll find a Starbucks that does better.

Each time I order a hot drink from Starbucks, I'm left disappointed. I'm not sure if it's lack of training or just not a whole lot of care, but my beverages rarely are made top quality. This is a chestnut praline latte and even has an extra shot of espresso in it. I guess they forgot the whip cream, I'm not sure. But it is quite short of being full. I've talked about this with my family members who visit starbucks as well, and they express similar experiences.

I have to be bias on the food because I am a Dunkin fan. That being said, the coffee isn't horrible but it's not great, either. The staff is friendly and made me feel welcomed so they get a big plus on that. I would recommend Starbucks to people who don't know what good coffee is.
I go here way too much but man, the staff here is either amazing or condescending and passive aggressive. That fake niceness that I absolutely can’t stand where what they’re saying and how they’re saying it don’t match up.
