Called security on me for being in the restroom even though I was a PAYING customer. When the mall security guard talk to me, I told him I had only been in their for 10 minutes and that I have health problems.He told me that I was NOT in the wrong because I PAID TO BE THERE. The store manager Linda is Thee worst Person I’ve ever seen I told her I had medical issues and I was not in a good physical shape. She didn’t even care all she said was well other people have to use the restroom she didn’t even check in on me before calling security on me for “Loitering”. The only people who checked on me while I was incapacitated was the customers who kept yelling out that Linda was trying to have me thrown out of Starbucks.What’s even more important to note is that they have 2 restrooms. I’ve been trying to get this solved for a month because I felt very uncomfortable and embarrassed for having a health issue that I can’t control. I was embarrassed in front of everyone in the mall because she wanted to make me look like a criminal by calling Security Guards on me. But nobody has down anything about it. This obviously shows that they don’t care about their customers.

The staff truly did not care about the quality of the work. They outright lied to us when they said they were out of menu items, only for the next person to order the same thing and receive it. We ordered 5ft away online and then it magically becomes available for us. They got our drink order wrong and the requested remake was missing entire ingredients. I understand they are busy but being rude and dismissive is icing on the cake.

I stood in line just to get up to the counter to be informed they were out of cold brew. Why not post what your out of? This location tends to always be out of items. The batista could have offered an alternative. She just blankly looked at me so I left.

By far the worst tasting coffee in a while. I ordered a Cappuccino and it tasted very bitter and burnt. Not sure what they use but it is NOT a quality product that you find in other Starbucks locations. Not sure it is even coffee - looks like some rejected batch or what. Location is nice. Too bad they do not make coffee and serve this garbage instead. Avoid!!!

Some she-he whatever tf with blue hair is very slow and unprofessional.Took 30mins to make my drink and I saw customers after me get served faster!!If I could rate it lower I would!THEN to make it better they have gnats everywhere just disgusting.

Giving one start because that’s the only option, staff was so rude, all of them starting laughing at my face just because I couldn’t say the name of the drink, and not talking about my drink being not good as other locations.
If you are in a hurry, dont even think about ordering here. They are Terribly slow! My toddler moves faster for bed time.
