This place is awful! My sister and I placed our orders and waited, and waited some more. Finally I went to the counter to ask where my drink was and they proceeded to scream at me saying they already made it and accused niece of taking the drink when she clearly had her hot drink which ordered not my iced. I asked for a refund and then they argued with my about the size i ordered and the price was for the smaller one and finaly my sister and I walked out without our drinks and without refunds with them still screaming as we were walking away with a store full of people

over an hour after I ordered on my app - they still were closed. Waited for 30 minutes and no one showed up.

App said they were open so I placed a mobile order - 45 minutes later and the place is gated up and closed with no one in sight. It’s 2025 - update your hours or hire reliable staff. Now it’s my problem to call and request a refund because someone called out or doesn’t care to show up to work.

So I go in yeah normal right, then I order my guy ordering is rude as can be. Then he says it’ll be $4 and some change… then gives me $3 and change back I may be no genius but 4+3 does not equal 10, so at 6:20 on 11/17/2025 the young guy with brown hair about 6ft acne and a horrible side eye, thank you for your horrible service and respect. I want my money you owed me back that you put in your pocket btw.

This is by far the worst Starbucks location. Please listen to these reviews. My family & I went to this location when we was shopping in the mall during holiday season - pre Black Friday deals. We had to wait over 45 minutes for our drinks, other customers never getting their correct drink. The employees are very rude, unpleasant, not helpful and mostly like to be on their phone. This location needs better employees who treats customers with respect and not be dismissive. We as the consumers and customers make Starbucks money, so we should be value for our experience and our order’s accuracy. I wouldn’t recommend this location to others, go somewhere else.
This place deserves 0 stars. Won’t be getting my money ever again at this location.

Stopped in to get a Venti iced coffee while shopping in the Haywood Mall. It was not that busy. The cashier Linda was pleasant, friendly and quick to take my order. Having frequented many Starbucks, even locations in other malls, the time to get me my drink was a bit more than standard.

Got a mocha frappe with extra chocolate drizzle all they gave me was the milk that went in it with a little bit of chocolate was a terrible experience would never waist my time there again

Worst experience ever, I get it Starbucks is popular and it’s in the mall. But no way should I have to ask about my online order 30 mins after I placed it. Turn online off if you can’t handle it. The printer that prints wasn’t even working had to be replaced I noticed that right when the two employees started yelling back and forth to each other about a guests order. I was being very patient but after paying for my coffee I wanted it because it’s so hard to get a refund….go across the road to the Haywood rd location. Really disappointed in this one it was t even a busy day at the mall at 430 on Wednesday

The worst Starbucks I’ve ever patronized. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been there and the ppl behind the counter are fooling around while ppl are waiting in line. I was there today and waited 15 minutes for service while I was completely ignored! I finally left. Mind you, there was only 2 ppl in the store. Something needs to be done about this! Maybe corporate should get involved which is why I’m writing this review!!!

This was the worst experience I have ever had in any coffee store ever! I will never visit this store again. I visited this store 1-24-25 around 1-110p and there was a lengthy line, nothing new there so I decided to wait. While standing in line a lady comes up to interrupt the line to inform staff there is no soap or paper towels in the bathroom and staff just said they were aware. Still waiting an unusual amount of time IMO and the lady in front of me says she has been waiting too long as well. Then a female black employee with a black shirt on comes in from the mall like she had been on break with a guy friend wearing a coastal Carolina sweatshirt , she asks him what he wants to drink and he tells her all within earshot of us who have been standing there, she sets her water and her orange RAZ VAPE on the counter in front of everybody and yes I mean a vape that you smoke, then she made her friends drink, gave it to him and stood at the end of the bar talking to him while the rest of us are still waiting, and her orange vape still sitting on the counter in view of customers and within reach of my child and the lady’s child in front of me! Complete lack of responsibility or accountability, no respect for her job,her coworkers or any customer standing in that line! Zero work ethic and ZERO excuse for this and she should be held accountable! She acted like she was standing in her own kitchen with a disgusting sense of entitlement! Then the lady in front of me gets to the register and orders one cookie and pays cash and your staff doesn’t have change for $1.49. She told them to keep the change meaning the .49 and the staff told her they didn’t even have a dollar! Completely unacceptable! Then another man comes to the register to complain about the bathroom and of course my child has to go , so I take her to my astonishment not only is there still no soap or paper towels but the bathroom itself is nasty from the floors to the walls to the toilet! There is not one person responsible for this , this goes all the way up to leadership for allowing all of this behavior to continue which is evident by plenty of reviews. The contact us link on Starbucks main website doesn’t work either so since it is dang near impossible to find the right path to file a complaint online this review will have to do. I can not stress enough DO NOT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS!!!!!!!!
