Awful experience. Customer service was slow and lethargic. Waited and waited for my drink. People ordered after me were served right away. When I asked for my order, it was even wrong! NEVER go to this Starcrap ever again! Beware!

The team is rude and weren’t friendly. First of all, they forgot my drink, when they finally made the shaken espresso it was made wrong and when they remade it they put almond milk instead of oat milk in which it is supposed to be made with. I can’t even explain how long I waited too. I asked for a refund and the manager was condescending with zero remorse for my allergy to almond milk. NEVER AGAIN!! If you asked me to return there I’d ask if they cleaned house with people whom actually care about the customer then maybe. Other than that, don’t you dare go there.

I have no idea about the service, drinks, or food here and that is because I would never order anything from this location based on the condition of their restroom. I have seen cleaner port-a-johns in Afghanistan! How can a place be trusted to have a clean food prep area if they can't even keep their restrooms clean. This place needs some serious attention and possibly a change in management!

Workers are so loud and very rude especially the one with the septum piercing making the drinks getting sassy for no reason when you say you didn’t get something with your order?? If you don’t like your job quit they need to get a check on there employees absolutely pathetic

The workers are terrible. Ordered bacon sausage wrap and after waiting 15 minutes they came out saying they didn’t have any. I ordered a sausage sandwich after that it took them another 15 minutes for it to come out and they didn’t even call the name they THREW it on the table . Service sucks,food was alright,and the ambience was mid.

Worst experience at a Starbucks ever. Yes there was a line so I placed a mobile order. Shortly after that I noticed there were people coming in ordering who knew the baristas and they were getting there drinks before everyone else. Well needless to say after waiting 30 minutes for my 2 drinks I called to cancel my order and was told I can’t help you, so I said I would call corporate. All in all would not recommend if you are in a hurry
