This Starbucks was really just supposed to be a pit stop for us but it was actually more meaningful than that because of one employee (manager?): Chase. When he saw me browsing the clearance rack he took a moment to explain how to distinguish the sale items from the regular price items. We also chatted about the various colors and the merits of using points vs. paying cash. It was not more than a few seconds (on a busy morning) but it made me feel welcome! As a side note: this Starbucks’ interiors could also use a refresh - they have always been so inspiring but lately a lot of their locations are just looking dingy.

I was in drive through and ordered one drink. When I got to the window I used a card to pay and tipped $1 on a $2 and change drink. The woman working the register whipped back around saying “we have a prime one”. The girl and the person making the drink paused and reopened my finished drink and poured it into another cup after adding something. I am pretty sure they put some strange powder in my drink so in the garbage it goes but be careful going there

Drive thru window so slow everyone left

Slowest drive thru ever on 8/30 in order to prefer take about 10min for one car to moves wait about 15min to get to the speaker places my order waits not moving again so I left , lobby not even busy a lot ppl orders also left

some guy was in here filming and screaming and apparently the staff and manager allow it?? I think John is the manager here and he was telling the crazy guy he could hangout there?? Avoid if you’ve got kids i wouldn’t want my daughter filmed by that creep.

I honestly never leave reviews but me and my girlfriend got coffees at the drive thru in the early afternoon and the barista was so fun and pleasant. The vibes were amazing and definitely the best Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. Thank you!
