some guy was in here filming and screaming and apparently the staff and manager allow it?? I think John is the manager here and he was telling the crazy guy he could hangout there?? Avoid if you’ve got kids i wouldn’t want my daughter filmed by that creep.

I honestly never leave reviews but me and my girlfriend got coffees at the drive thru in the early afternoon and the barista was so fun and pleasant. The vibes were amazing and definitely the best Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. Thank you!

My review got DELETED. It’s sad how racism and discrimination is still a thing in 2025, the older male barista clearly racially profiled me, thinking that I couldn’t afford coffee there without stars or offers from the app. Waiting to hear back from Head Quarters now. Will not be back to this location.

Starbucks never disappoints! The drinks are always consistent, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is perfect whether you need a quick coffee fix or a place to sit and work. My go-to order is [your favorite drink], and they always get it just right. The mobile ordering is super convenient, making it easy to grab my drink on the go. Highly recommend this location!

The line is always so long. I also accidentally placed a mobile order at their location and they wouldn’t do anything about it. I had to drive 20 min out of my way or lose the money. When I told him I’d just come get it instead of losing my money, he was so rude and sarcastic. I’ll never order from here again. Drive further and go to a different store.

Stopped into this Starbucks today to use a $25 gift card from Christmas. Ordered a medium French Vanilla Latte (with extra vanilla syrup), a Caramel Macchiato (with an extra shot of espresso), plus two cheese Danishes. Service was fine—polite enough, but not exactly warm.

We had to wipe crumbs off our seats ourselves, even though the place was empty and there was still about an hour before closing. The drinks tasted great, and the Danishes were decent. But by the end, our gift card was almost completely used up. All in all, the experience was just okay. Honestly, we prefer 7-Brews down the road—the coffee there tastes better, and it’s typically 20–25% cheaper.

If I could give a zero stars I would. We ordered for drive thru pick up specifically because we were on a very tight schedule this morning. Get up to the drive thru speaker and we're told to get out of line and wait for a notification that our drinks were ready and to COME INSIDE to pick them up when I get the notification - never got it. We then came back to get them because it was too long of a wait even though we put in the order ahead of time. My fiance went in to get our drinks and to speak with a manager at 10:16am. He was told by the girl behind the counter "Okay" and then proceeded to ignore him/ gossip to an employee and NOT get a manager. His iced drink was warm and my hot drink was cold. So between us having to get out and come in when we picked drive thru pick up, terrible service, terrible drinks, and a waste of time it's not worth coming here. Do better.

The DT was not busy, but I waited over 15 minutes to get one drink…
They had 1 person making drinks and one other barista came in to help.
There were 2 other baristas being very slow at random tasks. They could have jumped in to help.
Starbucks doesn’t have a staffing shortage issue, they have a no sense of urgency issue.
