I was always told a grande specialty drink came with three shots of espresso. I wasn't sure so I asked and they told me grande only came with one shot. If grande comes with one shot what does tall come with? I wanted three shots of espresso in my drink so I paid extra for two other shots. Causing my drink to cost almost $14. That's just too much! I'm done with Starbucks

This location is my favorite location in Greenville! The staff are wonderful. They are soooo patient and not corny nice. Each time I order it’s always wonderfully made. I have never had a bitter cup! They always get my order right. This location should be recognized by corporate on how a good location looks right. They are 100000% worth going on Woodruff road for.

Always enjoy the I 85 Woodruff Rd Greenville SC Starbucks...nice store & lovely employees. Stephen made an awesome Cappuccino for me this morning. Many other Starbucks near our home but when we want to just enjoy the world going by this is our little getaway.

I’m writing this after grabbing my birthday treat (Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino) and wrap (Spinach Feta). I loved it, the person at the window was so sweet, I wish I knew his name to give a shoutout. It made my day :)

This is the best Starbucks ever because the staff is ALWAYS such a delight! It must be the management or something because they’re always so genuinely happy and kind. It makes my day. I was there today November 7th at 10 in the morning and the sweetest girl with glasses helped me in the drive thru. I don’t know her name but thank you.

My wife's blonde ristretto Americano was great temperature-wise but not as good tasting as usual. My bacon sausage wrap had a great amount of bacon but no sausage. They were busy so it took a few minutes to be greeted but once we were being helped the customer service was great!
These ladies were so helpful. It was red cup day (surprise to me) and I was probably a difficult customer. I wanted a holiday cup but don't like sweet beverages. They helped tone down the sweetness as much as possible while still qualifying as a "holiday" beverage. They should make green grinch cups for those of us who want to be festive but prefer to drink dark and bitter coffee. Haha. I'm super grateful for their patience. And the barista was super fast!

This is some of the best service I’ve ever received! Being from out of town and due to some confusion on my end, my order was placed at a different Starbucks. Instead of letting me walk out to go to the correct location, they went above and beyond to make my order right away with no hesitation and were all so sweet and thorough. 100/10

I got the caramel ribbion crunch frappe. At this location I asked for no whip cream AT ALL, stingy on the caramel, and just overall not made well.For this price I expect a better made drink.I recommend you do not pull up at this location. Have a blessed day!Karen smith
