This place presents a riddle. Very little space and encourages pick up orders. No seats, just a small square standing area. All makes sense so far, but now, in the center of that small standing area, place a large obstructive DOG BOARD. (See picture)
This DOG BOARD is a nuisance and a hazard. You will trip. You will be cramped. The dog faces do not make up for it.
I recommend this. If the powers at Starbucks really want dog faces in their store then PUT IT ON THE WALL. Make dog wall paper. Or a dog cork board. Just do not put the dogs on the floor.

Went here with some coworkers and people were just having conversation. He shouts across the entire room yelling at everyone talking because he can’t hear while he was doing orders. Very rude and I have never been to a Starbucks where someone tells half their customers to go across the street to another coffee shop. Lost business for sure.

So, very nice folks and everything went well, but I walked in to an empty coffee shop. As I stood behind the cash register, a very polite barista walked out and asked me if I had the app, and suggested that things would be much faster if I ordered on the app. I do, and did, and got my order quickly, but I was not really expecting to order from my phone while standing physically inside the location. Again, very polite employees and relatively quick service, but a little outside the norm.

Busy! Very busy location. Each time I've been, the line was crazy. I've had amazing batistas here. The drinks are good per usual, but after waiting so long, I'd rather just order ahead, but the app doesn't usually pick up the location.

I walked in at 8:00 AM and a woman named Meredith was extremely rude to me so I left and went to another Starbucks and I will not be coming back to this location ever again.
This place is pure garbage at its finest. Not a regular Starbucks to grab a quick drink. It is a in-app order only store. Not sure why they even have signage out in front displaying “Starbucks” since a person ordering in the app doesn’t need the large STARBUCKS signage out in front but rather confuses the common STARBUCKS customer, royally ticking them off by the absolute nonsense happening inside.

My mobile app does not work for any location so I have been placing in person orders for a very long time at this location. Today the employees reject not only my service, but anyone that may need to place an order in person.I know they can cash people out with the application, because it has been done numerous times. Some of the employees purposely reject payments from customers and it is absolutely absurd.

Was very displeased to find out that there's absolutely NO SEATING. The drink I ordered was good and the staff was nice. Just displeased about zero seating. Had to go across to Spill the Beans to do my college work. Won't be visiting here again!
