So, very nice folks and everything went well, but I walked in to an empty coffee shop. As I stood behind the cash register, a very polite barista walked out and asked me if I had the app, and suggested that things would be much faster if I ordered on the app. I do, and did, and got my order quickly, but I was not really expecting to order from my phone while standing physically inside the location. Again, very polite employees and relatively quick service, but a little outside...
Busy! Very busy location. Each time I've been, the line was crazy. I've had amazing batistas here. The drinks are good per usual, but after waiting so long, I'd rather just order ahead, but the app doesn't usually pick up the location.
The staff are friendly, fast and accommodating. They make the best iced Americano. Not too much water, perfect amount of ice. It’s downtown and walk in only. You can order there but I always order ahead on their app.
