We had an impromptu visit to this fast-food restaurant for a quick lunch with friends. The food was delicious, especially the garlic burger and the french fries that you can customize with your preferred seasoned salt. Although being a fast-food joint, they have servers who come to your table to take your order, giving it a cozy diner feel while maintaining fast service. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is conveniently close to Haywood Mall, making it an ideal spot along the strip to partake before or after a shopping trip.

Decided to go try the beef tallow stuff and ill say food was very good also cheap but..
The building was disgusting, super dirty floors covered in dirt, grime, and discoloration, menus had old food on them, table condiment baskets had grease, old food, and hair in them, bathrooms were filthy and barely functional, booths & walls were covered in dirt and grease some booths need restoration, some of the neon lighting was hanging off the walls.
Even tho the food was good, me and my friends wont return there until its had some major cleaning, repairs, and updating.
Very disappointed that the manager of that building expects to eat in a place as filthy as that!

Walked in and tried to place a take out. But the payment system wasn't working so it said place your order at the counter. So I stood at the counter for 15 minutes waiting for an employee to acknowledge me. The customer in front of me walked out. Several employees looked at us and just looked the other way or walked away.
Waited over 20 mins for 2 milkshakes had enough employees to help out . One of the guys was hitting a vape then went to making milkshakes . You had this one guy who was making fries and eating the fries . the one guy asked if we was waiting on door dash . The only person who was doing there job is the grill guy and the waitress . You want a hood Steak ‘n Shake this the place

The prices here are very reasonable, however the food here was ok!!! I had a burger& fries with a lemonade...The lemonade wasn't that great, the fries were ok wasn't feeling the seasoning, the burger was ok as well, the server she was very nice, very clean atmosphere!!!

We were given the wrong food and when we politely asked for it to be corrected, the staff argued with us, The GM told us our order was not wrong! There was zero professionalism—just defensiveness and attitude. They didn’t even apologize when we proved them wrong.
Everyone makes mistakes, but how you handle them matters. Unfortunately, this experience made it clear they don’t value customer satisfaction at all & we definitely won’t be returning.

Took a chance eating here for the first time in 3 years last week, thinking they would have improved. Boy, they really outdid themselves this time! My hats off to the staff for taking an hour to make a patty melt, cup of chili and side of fries. This is weapons grade laziness and incompetence. Pickup time was 5:40pm, they didn't hand me the bag til 6:40pm. Fries were cold, soda was flat, and the burger looked like somebody sat on it. Plus I had to go back inside to get a straw for my drink and had to wait another 10 minutes to get helped. This restaurant really needs to just cut their losses and shut down, it is absolutely terrible. Steak and Shake is a joke. I would rather eat gas station food. In past years this location was great, with good service and great food for cheap. I have no idea what happened after the pandemic. Rude staff with no sense of urgency or customer service in a visibly dirty restaurant. I miss what Steak and Shake of the 90s and 00s used to be
