No more "kids eat free" on Saturdays. They raised their prices. We got 2 kids' meals, a hot dog, chili 5-way, a kids shake, and it was $30. Who wants to pay 4.50 for a basic hotdog - no fries? We thought that with that price, it was probably a big hot dog- but nope, it didn't even fill up a normal hot dog bun. They make you pay at the table, and they make you wait forever to pay the check. Probably won't come back. It's sad... My wife and I used to come for date nights.

Great food but the owners have decided against just ordering and paying at the counter and sitting wherever you want like before. They want it more like a restaurant but don't have enough people. Kinda dumb in the changes. That's what happens when the owners think they know better of what the customers want.

the ice has dirt in it. clean the ice machine. the ice has dirt in it, the plates in the ice machine are filthy and slimy. clean them. there needs to be more onion rings on the side order. i asked for onions in my burger, none were provided.

Drive thru was fast, food prepared correctly and was hot.Oreo red velvet shake was delicious!
Every time we come here, the drive through staff are incredibly kind and warm. Our food is always correct.

Went into the restaurant tonight, immediately put in our order. Then proceeded to wait 30 minutes while 3 other tables got their food. Waitress came back to ask if she had taken our order.. after that I proceeded to the main counter to ask if our order had been put in.. her response, “I’ll be honest I’m putting it in now.” Over 30 minutes at Steak and shake- no thank you. We left and will not be going back.
