We walked in and it was pretty busy I only saw one guy making all the food, he is a champ for that, some customers were being real rude and impatient cuz they mobile ordered and didn’t understand that customer walk ins always come first before a mobile especially if it’s just one person. But the guy did phenomenal kept his cool and told them to sit down and wait because they didn’t understand. Our food was amazing delicious! I hope they give this guy a raise!

I wanna say thank you to Kee for making my subs for my mobile order while still having to close the store earlier because she was the only employee at the time of me picking up my order . I’m giving this review a 1 star rating because a minor was left to run the restaurant by themselves . No manager or supervisor on property . That is not okay and I think it’s against the law . Leaving a minor to run a business after dark is very unsafe and careless on the managers behalf and should be reported . If it’s happened this time I can guarantee it’s happened before . Against the employee still made my order and I’m appreciative , and to the manager/supervisor who does/did this , shame on you .

Keandra, had alot of orders,she was very professional, I wish more people were like her,she was very apologetic, she was by herself, she still gave good service, we had to wait,but her service made it all right, she should be commended for a good job that she did

Got there at 7:15 PM and saw all chairs up the tables and closing, but not sure why they were like that almost an hour before closing time, y'all should do better and wait till closing time, not just start packing everything up just because there is no customers at the moment. ?♀️

The food is good. The service was good.
However I have ordered from here through the app, for pickup and delivery, both times they did not give me my complete order. They have always missed the sides, whether it is chips or cookies.

I was Absolutely Baffled by the efficiency and overall positive, happy, friendly and welcoming atmosphere that both niah and quinn provided. I had important matters that needed my attention but felt such positivity from these two that I dragged my feet just to Be around these two. In all my years i've never seen employees so happy to perform their job. As a business owner
I understand the importance of customer service. And this was a pristine, fine example of what I could only hope my employees enact. These 2 deserve some credit and recognition.
For how they conduct themselves. When I hire someone I can only wish they would represent my company like these employees represent subway.

I went to lunch and I walk in and I seen this line I started to go when I seen that it was moving fast they was very nice and said welcome to subway to everyone that walk in. I all so heard others talking about the manager I thought she would be in the back not doing nothing but I was shocked. She was the one taken my order the sweetest woman I have ever met in fast foods.and everyone that was inline had nothing but good things to say about her. A woman said she would stand on line for her anytime. Wow I said it was like all the customers liked her. She was very nice to me. I did not know what I wanted so I ask her and she fixed me this thing on flat bread with chicken and BBQ on it and it was out of this world the best I have ever had. Well I have eaten in subways all over and by far this is the best I have ever walk in. It was a good time far me this manager she talk to everyone that was in there and so sweet and nice I will keep comen back to this subway as long as she is there I did not get her name untill some one said something to her and she said it is Stephaine good job that this manager is doing

Came in to dine the two people working was nice but there was no tea, the drink machine including water was out of order. So you have to purchase a $3 plus bottle drink. Unacceptable for a restaurant to not even have water to offer their customers. And the two working just laughed about it. while we are here they run out of 2 different cheeses. Not a friendly place to eat!

Found a big piece of plastic in my tuna sub. I'm guessing it was from the pack the tuna came in. Plastic isn't very tasty. I have a picture but I'm not sure how to upload it ?

I work in hospitality and for you all to close at 6pm because it’s slow is ridiculous. She could’ve made a sandwich for me and my daughter since I drove all the way there. Her statement was she made her “last sub for the day” how inconveniencing. The door was open, mind you floors soaked from being mopped and I drove all the way here for a sub. Lazy managers, lazy owners.
