If I could leave a review with out ZERO stars I would. The woman man whoever that was making my sub I had to almost argue with the person making my sub that I don’t want my mayo on my bread. I finally asked the employee are you not able to make my sub how I am asking???? And who ever the employee had on her earphones was even asking why they were making me put mayo on my bread. Every time this person is working it’s always an issue. DO BETTER SUBWAY! I’ll be calling corporate later AGAIN sadly.
I stopped in here earlier today for the first time. The service was horrible. There was only one other customer in before us and I was one younger woman working behind the counter and she was taking her order. We had to wait a good five minutes maybe while she did her order and we just sort of chilled in the space. I noticed that my husband’s hair had become tangled so as I was working out the tangled, she finished up the ladies order and the one customer left. She then rudely said please don’t do hair in the store as if I was doing the whole hairstyle. I said okay, sorry. And as she takes my order, she repeatedly asked me the same questions of what I want when I clearly tell her and then after just telling her what I want, she simply says.’ if you wanna have a attitude, you can leave my store.’ so I said OK and I left.
I was not rude to her at all
The ladies today were wonderful!!! They helped me navigate my coupon in my app.

I get it. Hanging out by the dumpster on your phone is important work. You would think you might want to check on the front counter every 5-10 minutes but, really, why bother. Thankfully, it gave me time to notice that the lettuce was white and brown, the pickles were dry and splitting and the tomatoes looked like they probably needed therapy from all the things they had seen in life. It was just long enough to realize that life is too short to waste it on Subway. Bye! Sorry we never got to meet!

The attitude was louder than the service.
The young Black girl working alone today—Saturday, June 21st around 4 PM—was cute in the face, nasty in the attitude. I get it, working solo is stressful. But if you clock in, do the job. Nobody forced you to be there, so at least fake a smile if customer service isn’t your strong suit.
All I wanted was a side of banana peppers. Not gold, not a kidney—just banana peppers. But apparently, that was asking for too much. She told me no multiple times before finally giving me a sad handful—5, maybe 6 if I squinted—claiming her manager wouldn’t allow it. Girl, I even offered to PAY for them. I tried to lighten the mood with a joke and told her I wouldn’t snitch. She didn’t even crack a smile—just moved right on to the next person like I was invisible.
No thank you, no have a nice day, no nothing. Just straight disrespect in a hairnet.
And here’s the kicker—I saw less than a dollar in change in her tip jar. I was ready to drop more in until that cold energy made me snatch my kindness back. Instead, I gave her what she gave me: a dry “thank you” and kept it moving.
If her manager is that strict about banana peppers, maybe start teaching staff how to not scare off the few customers you still have. Might help that tip jar look less like a joke.

Young kid that’s wants to be a rapper at your store he wears a chain that says “ACE” very unprofessional gets attitudes when telling him what you want on your sub. Will never go Back to this store again the entire staff needs to be fired and start over.
