THERE WAS A METAL POLE IN THE DRIVEWAY LAST TUESDAY AND IT PUNCTURED MY TIRE..I CALLED BACK AND THE EMPLOYEE STATED HE SAW THE POLE AND REMOVED IT..SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER THE FOLLOWING DAY HE SAID ITS NOTHING TO DO ABOUT MY TIRE...I HAVE A RECORDING OF THE EMPLOYEE SAYING HE HEARD MY TIRE POP..I HAVE FILED A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT..A CASE COULD'VE BEEN SOLVED WITH 80 DOLLARS..WHICH I PAID FOR MY TIRE..WILL NOW COST 8,000..STUPID, SELFISH OWNER..THIS PLACE IS AWFUL AND TRASH 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

It's my fault for ordering from this store multiple times. Each time either something was forgotten, order was completely wrong, or they tried to give ne someone else's order. The orders are literally written for them. All they have to do is follow the instructions on the paper. NEVER AGAIN!

The sandwich was exactly as described. For that, I was extremely grateful! My friend had just taken me to have my hair colored and my hairstylist kept discussing food! Needless to say, once finished we went directly to Subway, again, coincidentally, was about 2 minutes away! We both enjoyed the owners and employees courtesy throughout. I would definitely recommend this Subway located in Berea! I'm definitely returning!

I don’t post a lot of reviews especially on fast food but me and my daughter went into the subway around 1 PM today and the three ladies working had the worst attitude I have ever seen in customer service. There were zero smiles, and when you try to engage in conversations with them they just looked at you like you were stupid, if you’re gonna work customer service, you should at least interact with your customers.
