I don't have complaints about the food.The issue is the staff. When I was on the way out the door and heard the staff mocking me, that's a bit much. I get that working a service job is stressful. I even tipped them. But the immature people working today need to at least learn to make fun of people AFTER they get out the door to their store. Or maybe they should find a job that isn't making sandwiches at a subway if that is too complicated....

Employees are always stoned and inattentive. they don't warn you about up charges (for that matter, why does every cheese cost extra?), and it's very slow.

First time at this subway and my experience was not good. I had a coupon for a $8.99 footlong meal. I asked for the Titan turkey footlong meal. The fellow looked to be about 20 years old, tall and slender. He picked very thin turkey slices from the bottom of the pan. There were thicker slices on the very top. Well, this fellow moved the thicker slices to one side of the pan and DUG OUT the bottom thinner slices for my sandwich. THEN, he rung up the sub total as $9 and change. Never mind the fact that the coupon was for $8.99, which was the sub total. The order came to $10 and change. I told him he charged me too much. He didn't seem to understand my complaint. I was hungry, so I took my baby Titan footlong meal and left. Won't visit again with this kind of poor customer service.

I'm not usually the one to write a bad review but the longer I look at my sandwich, the more annoyed I get.I asked for a pizza sub (or a pizza sub melt) which I have been ordering the same way for 13 years. This is the first time they did not put pepperoni on my sandwich, only sauce and cheese. I noticed it when it came out the toaster that there was no meat on my sandwich. Asked about it and the employee making my sandwich said that you have to pay extra for pepperoni and asked if I wanted any.I got 6 slices of pepperoni on my melt which I can't even see under the tomato. I thought maybe they had changed the sandwich since the last time I got it. Nope, the online ordering for the website has pepperoni, cheese and sauce listed as the ingredients. I don't think this was the employees fault, Subway should be better at training their employees on all the food they offer.

Sucks that Subway doesn't allow you to add points using the receipt.Sucks that Subway limits what subs you can use a coupon on/for.Sucks that only 2 employees work during the lunch peak times.Won't be back or recommend. This location's days are numbered. Mark my words!

Walked in to get a fountain drink and suddenly the smell of fresh bread pushed me to get a sandwhich. This is the best expierence ive had at a subway. The young cashier guy was really funny and we chatted about work for a few minutes. He made me a killer sub. This gave me a new perspective on subway. I will come

Dru is awesome, super friendly and kind. Always poinient and makes killer recommendations. The food is always great and I come in regularly for the company and friendly banter. Whomever owns this franchise should give dru a raise or promotion.Coming back again and again.

Good luck trying to use a Subway coupon at this location. Even though it is advertised on television and social media, they don't honor them.

I usually enjoy Subway, but today this location was just terrible. I came in for 2 subs, one of them being a “chicken bacon ranch” sub and they CHARGED ME for the bacon. If i’m not mistaken, it would seem obvious that the price of the bacon is included?!? In addition, the customer service wasn't good either.. The girl making the sandwiches was speaking so quietly I could barely hear her. I asked her a question about the meal options and she just looked at me, didn’t respond to me, then proceeded with what she was doing. I recommend ANY other subway than this one.

It looks like cashiers are always in a rush, even if the local is empty, don't feel good customer service. Sometimes I stop ordering something that I want because of their hurry
