What do you want me to tell them better et they are the best you ever see
Fresh!! Was in Greenville Memorial for my wife and the sandwiches did not disappoint
The food was straight, but the bread was a little hard. I'm not here for that tho I'm here to give a 5* rating to Brandon R. Not the store. The store is trash. How can you expect to have good food and service when you give a good customer experience with only one employee on the clock and 11 customers in line? It was so bad they had to go get help from the Starbucks. We were at Subway but they got someone from Starbucks behind the counter. Dude didn't even know what he was doing. Brandon R. handled himself amazingly. People running late and got this man back here getting beat on. He deserves a raise because he's keeping that store running. The 3 days my wife was in the hospital he was in there getting it in. Fixing the problems created by poor managerial decisions. No employee deserves to be slammed like that and be all alone. Those people who were late need to be fired and Brandon needs promoted.
First, the food was good when they had it. I totally understand it’s hard to know how much food you will go through! Second, most of the workers are RUDE, VERY RUDE! Especially the older women working there! The hospital is a place where people are going through things, some minor, some happy, and some life changing! They don’t need people who absolutely HATE their job and people!
I ordered 2 Philly Cheese Steak Subs as a salad with the meat on the side.(in a different container that way veggies wouldn’t get soggy from the heat. Not that hard? Well it was! The girl took my order with confusion on her face. Then she told the short older lady. She stood there looking around confused! Then she was told again. After that she grabbed 2 of the little cardboard containers and sat them down in front of the veggies and said “I don’t know what’s going on!” The girl who took my order repeated it to her again! She rolled her eyes and looked at me! I repeated my order again for the 3rd time! She said again, ” I don’t understand what’s going on!” So again I repeated my order to her and asked her was she going to put a salad in such a small container!? She again said,” well I don’t understand what’s going on!” I ask ,” don’t y’all do salads like other Subways and have a bowl for it?” Again the other girl told her I wanted my meat in something separate. The older lady then looked at another other lady and rolled her eyes! At that point I told her she didn’t have to be rude and roll her eyes! At which she again said,” well I didn’t understand what was going on!” Finally she grabbed 2 bowls and fixed one but put the second back up! Still with a rude on her face! The other girl handed her 2 small containers with the Philly steak in them and I looked at her and told her I had 2 salads and she only asked what I wanted in one! Again she said,” she didn’t know what was going on,” while grabbing another bowl! This lady DOES NOT need to be working with the public!! I will be calling corporate also! I’m pissed!

Employees need to speak English. First complaint. Not doing what the customer asks second complaint. Cashier needs to trained . I would give no stars if I could. I will never return.

One lady has a terrible attitude like you did something wrong and hard to understand her. Other workers are nice. My sandwiches have been good... just sometimes run out of things.
Terrible worst sandwich I've ever had will not go back here
Absolutely awful service. Out of all bread but wheat! I ordered oven baked chicken, which costs around $7 plus tax. I was charged for a rotisserie chicken $9.71 and the dates lady was rude and condenseding, claiming that they have only one button for chicken!!! She made my sandwich very sloppy and the overcharged me! Not going there in the evening!
Friendly staff. Located within Prisma Greenville Memorial Hospital. Sandwiches are made well and with the best care.
They run out of all the items they are supposed to have all the time. Tonight they are out of bread ??How in the world do you run out of bread? Don’t you make your own? Maybe you should do a better management job and have food for the people who have to be stuck at the hospital and can’t get food from anywhere else.

slow service and poor food
I would think the lady that worked there this night would've been kind and respectful since this subway is located in a hospital where people go through and experience bad things, but this lady (African American with a dark complexion) had the nastiest attitude. The male on the other hand was as sweet as can be. If you're going to have an attitude then don't work at a hospital out of all places! Btw she slathered way to much mayo and mustard on my sandwich as well as my sisters. She also threw both of our sandwiches over the counter and walked away without saying a word as if we had done something wrong. Never again.
Service was garbage! I was rushed by one person and she even gave me an attitude when I ordered a particular item. Then the last woman gave me an attitude as well because I asked for seasonings . Every where I go when I ask seasonings they put it all in there what did she do she gave me an attitude and said what seasoning like I know what they have behind the counter. Point is they have nasty attitudes and would rather pay for my sub to throw it back at them. Don’t like customer service then get a new damn job. I do customer service and even with d*** customers I act nice because ITS MY JOB!
