I haven't eaten an sandwich from Subway in year, because it would give me an upset belly. I decided to take a trip to Subway the other day, to purchase a sandwich for my son and I. I order an Italian Sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, banana peppers, American cheese, oil and mayo. I got home sat down to eat one half of my sandwich and oh boy it was so delicious. Soon after i had taken my last bite. I felt nausea, tried to make to the bathroom but i couldn't, before i knew it, my sandwich came back up. I have no idea why subway sandwich makes me sick but i guess i won't be going back. By the way the cashier was so kind and made my sandwich perfect, i just wish i knew what it is that makes me so sick after eating subway sandwiches

Subway 1936 Augusta St. - you get 1 star because I just ordered a sandwich in the DARK at the side back of your building. I had to get out of my car and use a touchscreen in 36 degrees. Lady inside was nice and told me she had to lock doors at 7pm to stay safe. I’m glad you keep employees safe….what about customers? TURN ON SOME LIGHTS. Do better management.

This Subway doesn't use it's to go rack. Which is a good thing cause it protects your food. I feel like the portions are good for Subways around this area and they're really quick with service. The place is kept clean and the workers are all helpful. So W Subway man.

The kids on evening shift today were very rude. The young lady became upset because I didn't tip. She snatched the card machine and rolled her eyes and told he other staff member how I didn't tip. Then the order was wrong so I just asked for a refund so I could go on to another location. The young man gave me cash instead and sucked his teeth and starred at me for dropping change. I said don't worry about it and he slammed the sliding door and walked off. I won't be back.

Very good subs, very clean & honest owner and management. I had an issue with missing toppings on an online order. I was too far away to go back,so I called. Within a couple of hours the owner called me back & said they had reviewed the footage and saw that the topping was missed. They sent me free coupons to make up for the Mistake.

The staff here are rude and will refuse to serve you if you come after eight. They even lie about store hours. Twice now I have arrived thirty to forty minutes before closing and attempted to order at the drive thru, only to be turned away. The first time I came by at 8:30 and was told they weren't making sandwiches because "we've put everything away." I asked why the "Open" sign was still on if they weren't going to fulfill orders, and the guy responded "no one orders this late" like it was an imposition to expect them to actually work during the hours posted. The second time I came by at 8:20, and they told me "we close in ten minutes." I pointed out that their posted hours are until 9:00, and the guy (maybe the same one?) first tried to argue with me, then just straight up lied that they were "closing early." The staff here clearly cannot be bothered to work their full scheduled hours. I won't be back to this location. Panera is literally next door and I always get terrific service at the drive-thru there.
