Went in at 7:45pm to order meatball subs on a Thursday. They said they were out of meatballs. Today (Saturday) we were going to place an order for meatball subs but decided to call to make sure they were not still "out". We were told they have them but that they are putting them up. It's 6:50 pm. Thursday they close at 10 pm and today they close at 8:30. Seriously? I would understand if it was 15 minutes or even a half hour before they close. But this is ridiculous

Young guy employee on shift today at 5:30 pm is rude and talks about customers under his breath while serving them. It’s loud enough to hear. Rude and unprofessional. Losing your customers because of him…the lady working helped me after he walked off mumbling to the back and never returned to take my order . This is him after I was left standing until the girl took care of me .

I stop by this subway often and have never had any room to complain. Today March 3rd at 5:30pm I encountered possibly the worst customer service at any establishment I ever have. The Employee let me stand and wait to order while on a FaceTime in one of the booths, then complained that I didn’t go to the store down the road. Throughout making my order, the disrespect continued. Overall it wasn’t the worst sandwich I’ve ever had.

On 2/10 around 4:45pm, my sister and I went to this subway to get 3 subs. From entering the store, the atmosphere didn’t come off as friendly. There were 3 employees working that day, I’ll use pseudonyms because I didn’t get their names. Let’s say Abby, Tom, and Tim. Abby was abrasive, rude and condescending the entire time we were there and she rung our order up wrong and charged us for the wrong amount at the end. Her customer service is poor and needs work. Tom was the only nice employee there and it was his first day on the job, according to the owner who came in halfway through our time in the store. Tim wasn’t nice or not nice, he was average on customer service. However, he took way too long to make our subs. It took him like 5 minutes to make ONE of the subs, no over exaggeration! (And he was only in charge of cutting the bread and laying the cheese/meats). There was no warmth or welcoming presence toward us as customers. Instead, the customer experience was cold, condescending, and unpleasant. Which led me to this one star review. Also, we were charged for the wrong subs! Maybe if abby took the time to apply a modicum of customer service she would have noticed how to charge us for the correct subs!
