We eat subway all the time never in my life have I been charged 10 for a pepperoni and bacon sub, it has always been charged as a pizza sub and then couldn't give us any cheese without charging us because my husbands sub had cheese sauce. That was the first and Last time we will ever spend our money here!!
Update: So my husband has been deathly sick with food poisoning every since last night eating from here, as well as myself with a upset stomach!!

Customer service was horrible! I wasn’t greeted when I walked in nor the man who came in after me despite one worker simply sweeping and the other just standing behind the counter doing absolutely nothing. There was no “What can I get you?” or “How can I help you?” She literally just stared at me until I gave my order. I had to repeat myself several times. I asked for white bread. She turns to get the bread and says “wait, you want Italian herb right?” ? Then, she toasted my sandwich BEFORE putting the cheese on (which I would’ve noticed but I was looking at which veggies I wanted) so she toasted it again which made the turkey very dry. I asked for onions and she reached for olives. I was so over it I just paid for what she threw together and left. How do you leave two teenagers to run a restaurant? No manager or the older ladies who are normally there.

They refuse to take my coupon which it's regulation to comply with the franchised under all guidelines! Which it's no sign,which it's employees fought to asked all customers are you using our coupon or no? Poor management!! I won't be returning to this establishment!!

I am someone that use to go to Subway all the time, and now I absolutely hate it! This particular Subway is so stingy with the toppings. They really need to bring the prices down with how stingy they are. I ordered a salad and the lady was so stingy with the toppings. I was literally standing there trying to figure what I could take out and cook because I knew that was not going to be enough to fill me up for dinner like I had planned. After being given two tomatoes on a salad, I had to nearly beg for another tomato and cucumber. It’s ridiculous! I have noticed all of these foreign owned Subways are like this. I am surprised it’s even as clean as it is. If you want a generous sized salad, just go to Jason’s Deli, and make you one on the salad bar. I promise you won’t be disappointed.
