I just got a call from a rude man from this Subway location that basically said his store is too broke to do the coupons. They were on the app as a participating location and I had already placed my order with them. Then the rude manager also got on the phone said the same thing and said we will not be making your sandwiches and voided my order. They would not give me anyone higher to speak to. This is the worst location. If the GM could please reach out. This was completely unprofessional.

I would like someone to reach out to me. I went to this subway and the guy inside did a hand motion over his throat to say that they couldn't make sandwiches. An employee came out and said that means it's too hot to make sandwiches.

Went in at lunch time. They ran out of pepperoni. The man who cut was answering phones, checking chips everything but cut cutting meat. On my lunch break. 15 minutes just waiting. I like my sandwich the way I like it. Lots of oil. Evidently I was asking for too much and the lady didn't like that. So I walked out. It's subway. If I want, paying for a sandwich the way the CUSTOMER WANTS IT, COMPLY IS OIL! I couldn't get extra tomatoes that were over ripe anyway! It's called customer service. Oil is not gong to break the bank! Customers, in your store front customers come first. We took time out of our day to visit your store! Workers need retraining. Thank you, no thanks!!

Slow and would not take coupon. No napkins and forgot to get give me oil and vinegar. Then asked another patron to hand over oil and vinegar. Opened front door with gloves and then did not change them before making next sub

Those guys need to go back to school to learn the difference between 6 inc and 12 inc I ordered 12 inc sub meatballs and received 6 inc sub and I didn’t even receive my cookie
