I love this subway. It is clean, the staff is always nice, and the sandwiches are always right.

I come here often I always get triple cheese but the past few times they had made my sandwich they have put the cheese on first and I really hate that because there is absolutely ZERO cheese on the meatballs so it kinda defeats the purpose. I still payed, won’t eat any of it . Probably gonna stop going to this location because everyone knows it’s meat, cheese than veggies and I don’t feel like telling you how to do it and I don’t want to be rude about it so I’ll just go somewhere else. Defintley a waste of money though
Tammy Jones and Gabby Williams provided great service to me! I felt comfortable and taken care of. Great job to these employees, Subway is lucky to have them !!!

I came to the Subway on Laurens Road to pick up some sandwiches for me and my wife.
I was greeted immediately by a person who seemed to be in charge. He asked a young man from the back to come out and assist me. Young man greeted me and I told him my order. He would be making two footlong subs. As I was telling the young man my order he seemed to be irritated or upset. He did say anything to me to would indicate that I had done something to offend him. The young man made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. I had specific instructions for on sub and when I asked to have the sub cut a certain he decided that he would do that last. As I was finishing up, I asked if there was a deal when you bought 3 cookies. I was abruptly told no. Then the person who was in charge said yes there was a deal. All the while I felt like I was inconveniencing the young man.
My visit and experience was not a good one. I feel the young man didn’t want to be there. And he definitely needs some customer service training. I would ask him one questions “How would you like to be treated if you came into the Subway to make a purchase? Cordially with a prompt service making you feel welcomed into the store or like you were bothering the person behind the counter that is helping you and could not care less about your order.
I really hope that someone helps this young man become more customer friendly.

Lady was repetitively touching her phone with the gloves on she used to make people’s sandwiches and didn’t change them. They also don’t have any veggie patties.

Worst subs ever...both sandwiches barely had any meat on them. Italian sub had one thin slice of each meat, and the steak sub...well I felt like I was eating a bread sandwich with few condiments.

Ordered from here Saturday for my lunch break since I was right up the road, used the BOGO1 promo online. Store called me and cancelled my order because they don’t make enough money on any kind of bogo deals so they don’t honor them, then said they were too busy to argue about it and hung up. I got there in person 5 minutes later to see one customer in the store with 3 employees, one of whom was sleeping in a booth. Coworkers and I wont order from this location again.

Store will not accept coupons even from regulars. If you try using a coupon you will get a call from a rude guy that will cancel your order and screw up your account. You have been warned.
Hours posted are wrong. Google says 9. Door says 930. Walked in at 817pm and they looked like they were frustrated to see me. Locked up at 825. If you’re trying to get dinner here before they close do know you will likely be treated as a nuisance.
