Kudos to a franchise owner who actually cares about his investment! This location was certainly the cleanest, most inviting Subway Restaurant that I have ever been in. Both sandwiches purchased were loaded with fresh rolls, fresh vegetables, and absolutely delicious. I don’t write reviews very often but this location was very impressive so I’m happy to give them their due diligence!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Today is Wednesday, October 22, 2025 and this was my husband and I first time eating here. I have eaten at several Subway restaurants in the upstate but NEVER like this before where our entire experience deserves a complete 5 star rating! From the time that we walked into their store, we were greeted with a warm welcome, to washing our hands in their clean restrooms, to being served where everyone wore gloves and were friendly, to simply enjoying our meal and thankful that we stopped in to visit. Lord willing, we will return again, thank-you for your services.

I went to Subway hoping for a decent tuna sub, but what I got was an absolute disaster. The tuna was drowning in watery juice, soaking through the bread and turning the whole sandwich into a soggy mess. The olives and pickles were just as bad dripping wet, with no care taken to drain anything. It was honestly disgusting. On top of that, the staff moved incredibly slow, like they had all the time in the world, even with a line forming. What made it worse was how they asked if I wanted extra of every single ingredient extra lettuce, extra tomato, extra pickles it got irritating fast. Just let me tell you what I want instead of dragging it out with questions I didn’t ask for. Hygiene was also a joke; one of the workers was literally eating behind the counter, and they were handling food with the same gloves they used to touch the register. They didn’t even ask if I wanted my sandwich toasted just skipped it like it didn’t matter. And when they opened up the bread, they were pressing their fingers right into it, which completely killed my appetite. It was careless, messy, and downright gross. If this had been my first Subway experience, I wouldn’t have ever come back. The only thing they didn’t mess up was my drink “gatorade”, and that’s the nicest thing I can say. Overall, a total disappointment.

They refused to take coupons. Said that location does not take coupons. But on the coupons it says valid at all locations. Owner was ringing me out and gave the excuse it’s because they don’t have enough room to type which locations take it. I think he just does not want to loose out on money. Should hang a sign that says we do not take couple. Also orders for work and he mis labeled every sub.

I love Subway and I eat there often. But this by far was the cleanest, nicest Subway I have ever been in. The staff was syluper cool as well.

Appalling service. Eventually I cancelled my order and initiated a chargeback with the credit card issuer.

They Do not accept Coupons! Staff said Point of sale system is down and system wont accept a coupon. They dont know when it will be resolved. Liars & Waste of my time.
