I placed an order through the app. When I walked in a girl was sweeping gave me a sourly look. I said hello and she just gave me the soutly look again with no response. I went to the order line and told another girl I placed an order through the app. She just gave me a aloft and cold look pointed to stand where my food was. I said thank you but just got the same looks from both employees? They didn't even respond. I am not going to get into how wrong the food was but my main problem is this how treat fellow human being or much less a customer.

The owner got mad because I asked for my sub to be heated and he toasted it. I don't want my bread toasted. It was also nasty inside. The only reason this location gets business is because on the weekends he's open until 2 and 3 am.

Pretty sure I got food poisoning from here. I ordered a veggie delight salad through the drive-thru and took it home. When I got home and opened it, it looked a little suspect. Everything was still green but it just looked soggy. But I paid almost $10 for literally the most basic of salads so I ate it. Maybe 30 minutes later I was projectile vomiting. Never again.

The young lady that made me and my husbands sandwhiches was very nice, she made great conversation with us but I think the manager ( ?) who was also working in the back is making the workers skimp on everything. Two sandwiches, bag of chips and my husband got a box of cookies for $40, for that kind of money our sandwiches should have been WAY better. My husband got three meats on his and it looks like it’s a one meat sandwhich, that’s how small it is. I noticed him in the back watching the young lady while she was putting meat on my sub and my husbands like making sure she was putting less ??? My husband gave that young lady a $15 tip aside from the $40 from our food and he better NOT take any of her money. She deserves it all. I hope she chooses another location to stay at because he does not seem good to work for.

So, I walk into this Subway, right? I’m all excited-got my coupon in hand, feeling like a real deal-maker. I approach the counter, and the guy behind it looks like he just found out that the sandwich artist’s union is on strike. I hand him my coupon, and he gives me this look like I just asked him to donate a kidney.
He says, “Sorry, we don’t accept coupons.” I’m like, “What? This is Subway! I thought I was coming here for a ‘Sub of the Day,’ not ‘Sub of the No Way!’”
Now, listen, folks, this is a place where you can get a footlong for a price that’s only slightly more than a mortgage payment. And they won’t take a coupon? What are they running here, a high-end restaurant? I half-expected him to start serving me with a silver spoon!
So I order my sandwich anyway, but I’m feeling cheated—like I just walked into a store thinking I’d find gold, only to realize I’m just in the aisle for rusty spoons. I sit down, take a bite, and it’s like the sandwich is trying to comfort me, saying, “Don’t worry, buddy, I’m still here for you.” But all I can think about is the coupon that could have made this experience a little less painful.
In the end, I left feeling like I’d been robbed—robbed of my discount and my dignity. So, if you’re going to Subway, make sure to check if they accept coupons… or just bring a shovel to dig your wallet out of your pocket!

They don’t accept coupons because their scanner doesn’t work but they have no signs anywhere saying they don’t and didn’t apologize just said no I think you should be able to discount it or something at least it’s not my fault your scanner doesn’t work! Or at least have a sign up saying that !

Watched me walk up and turned off the lights even though they had thirty minutes until close. Also, don’t take coupons and usually suck when I come. It’s better to go another location.

I came yesterday and had a great experience. The ladies working were so nice and the sandwiches were so great we even came in and told them before we left. Today we ordered on the app and came in and the man working seemed angry and rude. I told him we were gonna buy I drink in store because we decided to eat at the outside tables. The man told us we can do that but we aren't allowed to get refills and that he doesn't care if I'm buying the drink in store even tho I'm paying in store prices. Then I open up our sandwiches and there's little to no meat on mine and my fiance got double meat and barely had any either. Then, directly as we start eating he comes out and stands right beside us smoking a cigarette. He was very rude and unprofessional.

I rarely write reviews, but this visit was so disappointing, I am motivated to share my experience. I went to Subway because we had a coupon that made three foot long subs a good price. I showed the coupon and the employee said something about it I could not hear clearly. I ordered the 3 subs and presented the coupon and was told the scanner was not working and they could not use the coupon, but it needed to be done in an online order. So, I quickly placed an online order, only to find this location does not accept this coupon. In addition, the subs had the skimpiest amount of meat I have ever seen on a Subway sub. There was no offer to compensate for my problem. The poor customer service will keep me away from this store in the future.

The owner/Mgr, there is a real jerk. I feel sorry for the young ladies who work there under him. He was very nasty to me as a customer, so I can only imagine what he's like to work for!! I'll never go back there!! They were also overcharging me for a wrap that really isn't a wrap anymore. $11.99 isn't a price for a wrap. Bad business at this Subway!! I'll go to other Subways or Jersey Mikes
