I should not have to stand at the register for three minutes without being acknowledged. The employees serving the window and making the drinks would occasionally look over at me and did not even mention that they would be with me or someone was coming. It wasn't until an employee came through the front door and then helped me.
I get this same vibe at Woodruff Rd. as well. I like the flavor of the coffee but yesterday was not on par. Service alone will keep me from returning since this seems to be a culture thing.

Such a cute, atmospheric little coffee shop! Inside is gorgeous with a faux fireplace, comfy leather chairs, and beautiful dark green paneling. It’s an aesthetic shot waiting to happen. It’s also large enough that even on a busy day you can find seating and it’s never too loud. Just a nice ambient mumble. The service is quick and they care about getting your order right and good and not just getting you out the door again.
The moon milk is like their version of a sweet cream and it is sweet! But it is also VERY good. I’ve had both hot and iced drinks and both were delicious. I’ve only tried a savory pastry but I’d totally go back for more!
Parking is easy and even on busy days you can find a spot. This is a great place to chat with friends, read a book, or get some work done. I’d love to come back!

Coffee order consistency is poor lately. I order the same thing every time and my drinks rarely taste the same. Which is sad because I love summer moon but when you’re paying $6 for a cup of coffee this doesn’t make you want to be a regular.

Greenville is getting screwed with Summer Moon. I lived in Austin and looked forward to having the tacos/burritos. The tortilla used on the burritos tastes ultra processed. Austin Summer Moon had Taco Deli and I use to look forward to stopping by at the locations for breakfast taco/burritos with my coffee. We live in Charlotte so we were bragging to our daughter inlaw of the breakfast taco/burritos. Highly disappointing.Summer Moon needs to get Taco Deli into Charlotte and surrounding areas because the stuff you guys are serving as burritos is not worth it in my opinion.

Even though Summer Moon has always been top-notch on every visit, no matter which location here in the upstate, Delaney SLAYED customer service today at the Greenville location. Eye contact, warm personality, smiled the entire time, and made me feel like family!! I don’t know who reads these, but PLEASE give her kudos, because when someone has the “It” factor… you just know/feel it. Thank you, Delaney, for being a breath of fresh air in the world!!
