I come from Pennsylvania, saw this beautiful local bakery. The food was incredible, the latte delicious, but the service was horrible. No service, no welcome, no thank you for coming in. No smile. The lady at the register saw me standing waiting to order and she kept doing what she was doing, not a "give me one moment, I'll be with you shortly" another person came and took my order ( I think it was the owner). This was a charming breakfast. It was quite empty with only 3 other tables, besides ours, being filled. The food was wonderful, and the staff were so kind and attentive. We ordered a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich and a crispy potato bowl with chicken, peppers, scrambled eggs, and cheese. The only suggestion I have is to offer a sweet potato base for the build-your-own potato/grits bowl. Otherwise, we will be back!
