Worst experience ever, my friend order the raw fish has bug and eggs of worms, and their attitude really bad. Not respect us at all, make fun of us and did not give refund. Go to bento boys, Hana is the worst. First time come and would never come again! Very disappointed, so disgusting!!!!!!

Not only was this restaurant adorable, but the servers were beyond kind and on top of everything! The sushi was remarkable and tasted fresh! I also got a dessert with red bean paste and it was soooooo yummy!!!

I legit am sitting here making a review while I enjoy this amazing food! I do not do fish, like at all! However, I ordered the sushi sampler, and the chef chooses which ones you get, and I am in awe! The sushi is amazing, and the teriyaki chicken with noodles was perfect. I left out that the ginger house salad dressing is absolutely delicious! My server Katie is the most bright, and friendly person I’ve met in a very long time! I have had an extremely long, difficult, and rough day. Katie’s demeanor and her positive attitude and her kindness truly has blessed me today! I guess my higher power just knew that I needed someone like her in my life! Such a true blessing has been granted to me this evening in my server katie! She will be getting blessed this evening as well! Keep up the amazing work, and thank you so very much for making my day so much better, and turning my frown upside down!
Parking: I was able to pull almost right at the front door, and this place makes you feel like home, safe, and very comfortable!
Cute little spot - hidden gem in the shopping center across from Haywood mall. Took my son for his birthday dinner. It took a long time to get our food but it was good. The waiter seemed a bit biased. He seemed annoyed because I took a little bit looking over the menu. The table he waited on that came in after us, he would periodically come over and ask if they needed anything - refilling drinks but my son sat with an empty cup his whole meal. We had to try to get his attention which one time he looked directly in our direction and then turned away.

Two rolls of sushi took them 55 minutes to make. My friend’s lunch was brought almost an hour before mine, while I was sitting there and waiting. In the meantime chefs were waving at friends coming in and laughing behind the bar instead of making food.After all that I wasn’t even offered a discount- bear in mind- 1,5 hours in a restaurant, there was almost no customers, 55 minutes of waiting and I still had to pay for it!Never again.

I absolutely loved the sushi! It was delicious, and the portions were generous. The price was reasonable compared to the quality of the food. I highly recommend it!
Sushi is the best I've had around here, the hibachi and fried rice dishes are excellent, best miso soup I've ever had. Try the green tea cheesecake!!!! They are consistent as well, not hit or miss like some places. The service has always been good for us, even when they're super busy, service is still good. If they are really busy they'll tell you and won't ignore you like some other places in town..

Went here on a Saturday night. We were a little worried at first due to the lack of cars in the parking lot, but we saw people inside. We decided we'd try it out. It was absolutely amazing! The sushi was fresh and the service was phenomenal. The place has a nice relaxing atmosphere. We highly recommend!

Great little place that is a hidden gem for sushi in Greenville. Service was exceptional including the owner walking around joking with everyone and handing out Capri suns for the kids. Been coming here for a decade and it's always great.

I really want to like this place, but they are just too darn slow. The customer service is not good at all. The first time I had their food it was so good that we overlooked the fact that it took 40 minutes to be served. The 2nd time, the waitress seemed overwhelmed, and the sushi took a solid hour to come. But, they gave us some soup and spring rolls to hold us over. This past weekend was ridiculously slow. The waitress was so nice, but we arrived at 7:10 and didn't get our sushi until 8:30 ? It took so long that I no longer "had a taste for" sushi. Also, the cucumber avocado sushi had breading in it, which made the sushi taste soggy in an unappealing way.
