Worst experience ever, my friend order the raw fish has bug and eggs of worms, and their attitude really bad. Not respect us at all, make fun of us and did not give refund. Go to bento boys, Hana is the worst. First time come and would never come again! Very disappointed, so disgusting!!!!!!

I'm dumbfounded by the three-star reviews this place has received from others. I went for lunch and flat-out loved it. The bento box lunch special with teriyaki steak was a definite winner. The tempura was fried lightly and crispy as heck. The steak had just the right amount of chew. The sushi pieces were awesomeness. Service was good, and the setting was very nice. I'm going to go back to see what the three stars are about. Gee whiz.

My husband and I came here randomly on a spur of the moment date night. Everything was phenomenal. We were greeted immediately by a very warm and inviting host. Our server came and took our order and was extremely polite and friendly. We ordered the Love Boat for 2 and a warm pineapple sake. This was the best sushi we've had in Greenville. All the fish was amazingly fresh and decadent. The sushi rolls had such a powerful flavor. Even the tempura was the best we've ever tasted. We came here on a whim craving sushi, and left more satisfied than we'd ever anticipated. Very delicious, fantastic service. I would give ten stars if I could!!

I legit am sitting here making a review while I enjoy this amazing food! I do not do fish, like at all! However, I ordered the sushi sampler, and the chef chooses which ones you get, and I am in awe! The sushi is amazing, and the teriyaki chicken with noodles was perfect. I left out that the ginger house salad dressing is absolutely delicious! My server Katie is the most bright, and friendly person I’ve met in a very long time! I have had an extremely long, difficult, and rough day. Katie’s demeanor and her positive attitude and her kindness truly has blessed me today! I guess my higher power just knew that I needed someone like her in my life! Such a true blessing has been granted to me this evening in my server katie! She will be getting blessed this evening as well! Keep up the amazing work, and thank you so very much for making my day so much better, and turning my frown upside down!Parking: I was able to pull almost right at the front door, and this place makes you feel like home, safe, and very comfortable!
Cute little spot - hidden gem in the shopping center across from Haywood mall. Took my son for his birthday dinner. It took a long time to get our food but it was good. The waiter seemed a bit biased. He seemed annoyed because I took a little bit looking over the menu. The table he waited on that came in after us, he would periodically come over and ask if they needed anything - refilling drinks but my son sat with an empty cup his whole meal. We had to try to get his attention which one time he looked directly in our direction and then turned away.

Two rolls of sushi took them 55 minutes to make. My friend’s lunch was brought almost an hour before mine, while I was sitting there and waiting. In the meantime chefs were waving at friends coming in and laughing behind the bar instead of making food.After all that I wasn’t even offered a discount- bear in mind- 1,5 hours in a restaurant, there was almost no customers, 55 minutes of waiting and I still had to pay for it!Never again.

If you like sushi and ramen do not go here. Service was terrible and so was the food! 2nd time going here, the first time I thought maybe they were having a bad day, I always give a place two tries just in case they were having a bad day. Will never go back! Do not recommend!!!! Wish I could give the food and service no stars. The atmosphere was decent though
We came in with an hour of closing. The food was good. Shrimp tempura was delicious. Did get the feel that the waiter was not happy we came in so close to closing.

Watch out on this RESTO.......we had lunch today 6/21/23 at this place S/H and it was a good thing we reviewed the receipt and found they PADDED the charges. Mgr responded and said it is an UPDATED charge and the price on the menu is lower.............THEY WOULD not agree TO CHANGE the tagged price, so i threatened to call authorities (police), only then they came back with the RIGHT AMOUNT. The food was good but the management/owners are CROOKED.......our last visit to this place. Lito C.
