Subpar in every way possible. Service on a Sunday evening, restaurant not even half full, and multiple staff members around was simply awful. The quality of food was certainly below average.
Overall not a pleasant experience…

Service was fairly quick and kind. I had the surf and turf and my SO had a few sushi rolls. Everything tasted great and left just enough room for some gelato down the street.

My first time in Greenville , SC. We have stayed at the aloft hotel and try to get Sushi around the corner. When we arrived and open the Door a very discussed smell was at the Dinner Room, only a few people were there. I turned around and left. We found another Sushi Place and it was excellent, clean, no smell, very good service. You need to check the cleanliness of your Restaurant.

This downtown touristy restaurant is pricy, food is not fresh, and stingy on proportions. I get better sushi at Publix. There are other options in the area that will provide a better sushi experience.

I cannot believe the negative reviews I am reading. I have eaten at this restaurant for both lunch and dinner and can only post favorable reviews. I choose to visit this restaurant as often as possible because there are so.many positive things I can say about it. The staff is amazing. I never have to wait for my drink to be refilled. The server keeps it filled before I ask. The food has always come out at the correct temperature and has been done to perfection. The atmosphere is lively but fun and never have I encountered any problems with clientele served there. I would recommend this restaurant without hesitation and believe me, I eat out often so I am very opinionated about my food and service. Stop by for a visit and I can guarantee you will want to return soon.

Went to this restaurant last night and left disappointed. We stood at the entrance for a while with no acknowledgment, then had to track down a server to be seated. After 15 minutes of loud teens nearby, we asked to move to the bar area.

The sushi was decent, but the wonton soup was lukewarm and worse, there was a bug in my drink. I let the manager know, and while he offered to remake it, I was too grossed out. They still tried to charge me for the drink until I asked them to remove it.

Long story short ,If you’re looking for good sushi, try Holy Molli down the street and Society for a solid drink.

Great service. Waiters were very quick, polite, and friendly. But the food was some of the worst I’ve had at a sushi restaurant. Tiny rolls, barely any fish on/in them, fish didn’t seem fresh, and they put seaweed on the top of my Rainbow roll that was borderline soggy. All three members of our party thought the same of their sushi as well. I was told the tuna sashimi was tough, hard chew. Would not recommend this place.

0/10 DO NOT EAT HERE. THIS ESTABLISHMENT SERVES RAW CHICKEN. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM OUR SERVER TOMMY AND THE MANAGER. THE ENTIRE ESTABLISHMENT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN DUE TO FOOD SAFETY ISSUES. FIRE ALL OF THE STAFF OR RETRAIN IN ORDER TO PROVIDE ACTIVE LISTENING SKILLS AS WELL AS CUSTOMER SERVICE. EAT ELSEWHERE.

THE SERVER BROUGHT THE INCORRECT ORDER 3 TIMES AND STILL HAD ME PAY 1/2 OF THE FOOD TOTAL. THE SERVER TOMMY YELLED AT THE MANAGER FOR THE ENTIRE ESTABLISHMENT TO HEAR AS WELL AS ARGUING WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS. FIRE TOMMY ASAP. EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL.
