Ordered the Italian mob( I think it was) didn't see it's a pressed meatball pattie. Thought it was a club. Could only stomach half.

This place is a real gem! On our first visit, we were overwhelmed with all the options and Emily, who was working the register, offered some amazing suggestions and thoughtfully explained how everything worked. The sandwiches were delicious, the smoothies devine and organic grocery options plentiful. And the icing on the cake was the customer service. Top notch! We left very pleased and even discussed coming back weekly, it was THAT good! Thank you Emily and team!

Omg I can not rave abt this place enough! I’ve come to Greenville plenty of times but never had the chance to go til now and boy did it live up to the hype! Grocery store and cafe on one. So many local and natural products to buy in the grocery store, I seriously couldn’t make up my mind lol. Upon exiting I met a delightful employee named Crosby who I ended up telling him was my first time there and he gave me the inside scoop that all first timers get to take home a fresh loaf of bread! How awesome! Lastly I went to the cafe counter outside to check out with my grocery purchases and ordered some lunch (and picked up my free bread) and I ordered an AMAZING sandwich called The Jawn. My lord it was everything and more! Bread was perfection, crunchy outside, soft inside. The meat was pork I believe and it was so juicy and tender and flavorful. I honestly can’t remember everything else on it but trust it all worked perfectly together. I can’t rave abt it enough!

Always have to stop here on the way thru Greenville! They have the best Stecca bread!!
I ordered the Herb your enthusiasm Sammie. It was served with beef broth for dipping. I didn’t think the dipping broth did it for me. It seemed to take away from
The Sammie instead of add to it. But the Sammie was tasty in itself so I wasn’t disappointed at all.
My husband ordered the Italian Job Sammie. It had meatballs in it and wow! It was super delish!
Of course, we will def be back!

I usually stop by on my runs to buy something, but for some reason today they were playing some very inapropriate music when I was passing by. It is usually very family friendly but I’m not sure what was going on today.

As for the actual store, they have a lot of unique products, and if you don’t mind spending a little extra to support local produce and goods, it is definitely a must try! Don’t skip out on their fresh baked bread!

Been here to take sandwiches to go a couple times- love the atmosphere and the selection in the grocery store. My only complaint is that the chicken salad sandwich has come entirely without chicken salad twice now. I understand things can run out, but if you’re charging $13 for a sandwich there should be some attempt to find an alternative.
Update: Thank you for reaching out and making things right! I truly appreciate it and hope to enjoy your chicken salad properly soon!

Love The Swamp Rabbit! Fall is my absolute favorite time to go there! I like going any time of the year, but there’s something about fall. The food is always amazing. The atmosphere is perfect to sit outside and enjoy the weather

We love the swamp rabbit cafe and grocery to eat or shop some local fruit and veggies BUT we took our 1 year old to the playground for the first time and we are extremely shocked!! Every toy is broken and has sharp edges but the absolute worst thing was older children throwing wooden blanks, walkers, sliders around. It was getting dangerous.

Maybe there should be an age limit and/or someone from the team on playground duty!

When I pay $9.75 for a yellow seedless watermelon I don't expect to cut it open and see Red. 😒 I won't make the mistake of buying watermelon from them again.
