We recently used Swanson's Warehouse for my wife's 40th birthday and I couldn't be more happy with this venue and everything they did to accommodate us.If you're looking for a venue that can support all your needs, this is it. David and Parrish helped us get everything we needed to support 150 guest and took a lot of the stress off of the planning process. Not to mention, they had other ideas to help make the experience that much better.Highly recommend this venue for your next party!

One of the most underrated event venues in Greenville! I’ve been to 2 events here and they are always well done, it’s a fairly spacious and the decor is great. Good for different types of events. A big plus for me is the clean bathrooms!

Great small venue. Perfect for live music! Great staff, reasonable beer prices. You need to visit!

We hosted a Welcome Dinner at Swanson's Warehouse the night before our wedding. We wanted this type of event in place of a more formal rehearsal dinner, because we wanted the all of our wedding invitees to get two nights together to eat, drink, and celebrate--Swanson's was a perfect spot! The contact at Swanson's was easy to work with. The event was affordable and casual yet intimate. We picked the caterer. We hosted this event on December 30th so the colorful string lights felt perfectly festive! And the signs of Greenville's past covering the walls were fun for the Greenville natives--it took them back! (Photographer: Julia Madden Sears)
