The staff was stressing, verbally short / rude, things were falling apart behind the scenes & we all understand every place has an off day. Will update when we go back & if thereās any changes.

I asked for nacho fries with no meat, add potatoes, three times. They still managed to add meat. As a vegetarian, I love Taco Bell for their ability to make anything vegetarian but this location drastically failed.

The guy come out from the kitchen after I got my food he was working on the sewer drains in the kitchen while they were making my food I was completely disgusted. The place smelled like poop.. I thought it was just because somebody use the bathroom the smell was actually coming from the kitchen...

Iām usually not a fast food person but I work down town and usually Iāll get a quesadilla. The staff is full of amazing black women I mean the customer service is really outstanding. Usually most fast food restaurants donāt have the best customer service but those ladies are beyond what i expected. Polite, friendly, order accuracy, and more. Thank you for a great experience ladies

Only leaving one star because I actually have to leave something. We came through the drive thru at 6pm on sun, June 29. I would like to encourage the manager to reassign whoever was working the window to the back as soon as possible. She does not need to deal with customers ever again. Not only did she sling two different cards at me, but she sling my bag of food at me without saying a word and slammed the window shut. I asked if that was everything and she opened the window and said āyeahā. I said oh great weāll have a good night and she proceeded to tell me āwe busy and I aināt got time to be sweet to you.ā There was one other car in the parking lot and one other car in the drive thru. She is horrid and if she keeps her job, it doesnāt need to be in front of people.
