They are so short staffed that it took 20m to get 2 burritos and one taco

There is no reason for your employees to act rude for no reason. Especially to paying customers. Know how to do your job and grow up. Plus those glares from the coworker who thinks they are better than everyone else, it's not cute honey grow up.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this place has some of the best customer service out of any fast food business around!
Every time I come through the drive-thru I see a smiling face and they seem so happy and personable.
The order is always correct and FRESH! There’s some other businesses, like the one with the golden arches next door, that could use some pointers from this crew on how to treat their customers.

My bean burrito and burrito supreme looked like they were made by someone who had never seen a burrito before. Both were tiny and square shaped, and fit in the palm of my hand. Paid for extra onions- no extra onions. Burrito supreme had no sour cream at all, and the tiniest amount of, well, everything. They also forgot all of my hot sauce, AND made me wait forever for my my TWO items even though I ordered in the app. Will not come back.

They took off the breakfast menu supposedly but when I Googled it it says it's still on the menu the person had a rude attitude and if the lobby wasn't open why was the door unlocked to go in

We placed a mobile order and got to the restaurant at 11:29 pm 1/5/24. We pulled up to the window and were rudely told to pull up past the window (probably to make their drive thru time look better). We waited 20 minutes for our food, just for them to forget our drinks. When we pulled up back to the drive thru speaker they told us they were closed. However, it was only after midnight and their hours were listed as until 2:00 am. When we pulled up to the window again two employees were rude and made fun of my friend’s name. I have worked at Taco Bell in the past, so I have absolutely no excuse for the lack of professionalism from the employees at this restaurant.

Waits are often lengthy, even when they are not busy. Have had multiple instances of incorrect items in my order. In terms of taste, it is consistent with the taco bell brand.

What a terrible experience. The night manager was drunk and slurring his words. Made me pull up in a spot and I waited 15 minutes, that’s fine. When the food arrived he forgot the drink, still no biggie there. He brought the drink out 5 minutes later and I informed him that the order was wrong and he said he would fix it. I waited another 10 minutes for him to come back out and tell me he must not have heard me because it wasn’t on the ticket so I was wrong, he never gave me a receipt btw. Now, he wanted me to go back around and place the order again for the two burritos that he didn’t hear the first time because he was intoxicated, no way I’m driving back around after waiting 30 minutes already. What I did end up with was still missing a drink. At that point I said forget it. What an absolute piss poor excuse for a restaurant. He was more worried about drinking and hanging with his friends in the parking lot than his job. Ridiculous

I placed my online order 10 minutes before arrival. When I arrived, I told them I had an online order and gave them my name, and the immediate response was "It's not ready yet." After 10 minutes of waiting i checked again and was told "we're working on it." After another 10-15 minutes I asked why it was taking so long, and was told it's based off of when the order is placed and they'd check on it for me. After telling me they didn't have my order, they then clarified that they never checked the order in and would start the order at that point. I understand that it was moderately busy and there were a lot of customers in the building, but I felt incredibly dismissed and irritated having to wait 30+ minutes for a small order.

Came here a little after 2:00pm and the drive thru was blocked off and when I went inside, I was told "we're not taking orders right now". Frustrating when I had limited time to get food and there was no sign on the door informing people that they weren't taking orders. Not the first bad experience I've had at this Taco Bell service-wise.

Waited at the counter with no service-several employees clearly saw us but ignored us. Finally a woman asked us to use the kiosk, but in a not very friendly way. We asked for 2 cups for water, “we can only give you one.”
The whole experience was not friendly and we will never go back to this location.

I am standing in the building after ordering in the driveway way, to be asked to pull up only to get cold food… It is freezing inside this restaurant no wonder the food is cold. The manger bought me the cold food. This is the worst service… The heat is an issue…. This is unacceptable….
