Bring back the quesadillia taco and add the cheddar chalupa to the menu and this rating goes to a 5! Cinnabon delights are excellent! I really miss the choco taco.

This location is , always, always short staffed (even overheard an employee say this to a customer today - 9-9-19). The restaurant is overall dirty, floors, tables, bathrooms. Always out of sauces and today they were out of 4 different drink choices from the machine. The dining area reeked of urine; yes, you read that correctly, I said urine. Ridiculous!!! I do not recommend this location, don't waste your money. I will not be back.

I was Highly Impressed with the way Mgr Africa is Running her Restaurant. Throughout my whole endeavor while waiting for my food. I do believe she called a young man by the name of Tron giving him Praise for a job well done. The Taco Bell on Laurens Road is Ran like A WELL OILED MACHINE. Teamwork among the Employees was Absolutely Amazing to watch. No mistakes just down right hard fast work. I commend Africa and her Employees for a Job Well Done. We need more Restaurants to learn the way to work as a Team as Africa has brought out the best of Everyone. Thanks Guys 😊 Y'all made my Day!

We do enjoy the food but we walked in and by the front door was a couple dead roaches. Won't be eating here until they do a better job with cleaning the restaurant.

We ordered from here and found MULTIPLE pieces of plastic in our food. I almost chocked trying to cough up a piece and my husband pulled multiple pieces out of his food that were VISIBLE. This is a disgusting display of disregard. Management obviously is either unaware of what's happening or just doesn't care and its unacceptable. Check your food before eating it.

Very very slow service. They didn't move with any urgency. If you see there's a long line apologize for the wait and speed up your movements. Long line inside and outside at the drive thru. And they didn't offer any sauce or put any sauce in the bag.
