No matter what time of day I come my food is ALWAYS cold, if it’s not cold it’s wrong. But the customer service is always top tier

I've been in this location about 3 or 4 times in the past few weeks The first time I went in I was told by one of the employees that I HAD to order from the KIOSK.. Again, today (11/22) I went in and ordered from the KIOSK and a gentleman then came in and he ordered from the front register directly from one of the store employees while I was standing there waiting on my order. NO REASON to LIE TO A GUEST.. They DO TAKE ORDERS at the FRONT REGISTER by their EMPLOYEES!!!

I had a wonderful experience just in the drive thru. I was greeted with a warm welcome with patience. The cashier Ajovia L had a smile and manners. Brightened up my day!

Ordered in the drive thru just to be asked to go around the drive thru line again after paying. Only ordered a couple of items (2 crunch wrap, taco and drink) Except when I went around there were 5 others in line. I don’t understand how this sped up production, and made a 5 minute stop into a 25 minute stop.

I left a terrible review at first, but I spoke to the manager about some missing items and she and the staff were very sorry and made my day. I understand mistakes happen and the food is always great

These poor people at this location are extremely understaffed. Waited 25 minutes in my car after I had ordered at the drive thru for my food. This was on the weekend too when staffing should be increased! Do better managers. As someone who works in a chronically understaffed field (medicine), I can empathize with these workers and I feel sorry for them to be so overworked.

Slow drive through, barely got half my order, barely filled the drink up halfway. Disappointing.
Like just about every taco bell in the area, this one sucks. I won't say it's the worst Taco Bell in the area, but if there was a top five worst Taco bells in Greenville, this would definitely be one of them.

The 2 gentleman working there looked totally miserable! While the food was made well and done in a timely manner they both looked like they hated what they do. The vibe there was pretty awful. First and last time I'll go to that taco bell.
