We did an online order and accidentally paid with the wrong card so when I pulled up our order didn’t go thru. We did it again. Ms Britt had our drink already done and was super nice and had us pull in the shade to wait. She was just super friendly and happy! Also very thoughtful! I love that! Thank you so much Britt! We will be back!

I ordered to go from inside this Taco Bell. After a worker kindly asked me to order via the kiosk, I did so and had to wait quite a while for my order. Fortunately, when the food did arrive, it was delicious!

So I've been going to this particular Taco Bell for YEARS, consistently (like 5-7x a month) and i can count on one hand the amount of times we've actually had a problem. Usually the food is really good, it actually tastes fresh, you know as fresh Taco Bell can be, they don't skimp out on ingredients, I usually get grilled burritos and this one never forgets to do it when usually it's a 50/50 shot it is at other taco bells. Customer service are never rude and usually pleasent. I should know I only ever do drive-thru, I have once or twice gone in and did notice the lobby is not well kept. But overall I'm rarely disappointed at this one and really recommend it

Had to wait on myself. One reason I rarely go to Taco Bell anymore. I don’t work there. The dining area was filthy. I’m the only person in the dining room and not one single clean table available. Floor was nasty and scattered with food and debris. No straws for drinks. Food was barely warm. Horrible Taco Bell for such a nice location

Not sure who exactly was on the speaker box at 5:15 pm on 4/20, but she was not only very rude, but rushed taking out order. She had a very unpleasant attitude. We had to fix things at the window & she still had a horrible attitude about it. I asked her to fix the taco on my quesadilla meal at the window since she rushed taking our order & she still got it wrong. Usually this is my go to Taco Bell, but I think I’ll start going to another one after this experience. I understand it’s Easter & I appreciate all the employees working on a holiday, but the service and accuracy was not acceptable.
