This is the best Taco Bell I have ever been to. I don’t know why their rating isn’t 5.0 - the food was delicious, hot, and assembled as advertised. This has been consistent from the last time I stoped by this location.

Unbelievable slow to prepare meat that is already cooked. They need to fire the manager and start over with all new team members
I placed an online order today at 1pm for 3 Taco Party Packs, and set a pick up time for 7:15pm. (Paid for the order in advance as well.). I arrived at the store a little early at 7pm to ensure they were working on the order. The manager could not find the online order on his computer, so I showed him the email confirmation I received. I’m paraphrasing, but he basically said they could not make 36 tacos by 7:15 because the drive thru customers take priority. I asked him for a refund since I already paid for the order, and he said he couldn’t do it and I’d have to handle that through the app. I explained that I didn’t place the order through the app, but on their website, and he replied that the website has nothing to do with the store. (He said that part verbatim!) I asked for a manager to assist and that is when he confirmed he was the manager. I asked to speak to someone above him and did not receive a name or phone number. At this time, the order suddenly appeared on their screen so the staff then started making the tacos. I left out the part where the manager was talking shit, but will definitely try calling corporate to discuss that part.

Recently had a bad experience at your Pelham road location. Ordered at the kiosk and went to counter to pay. Stood there for 2-3 minutes and no one approached me. So figured my order would be paid for when they make it. Never done the kiosk thing. But the issue came when a worker asked what our order was after about 25 minutes. We told them our name and she immediately got mad at us for not saying anything. But I stood at the cash register and she glanced at me several times but did not approach me. Although she took several other people’s order. She got really upset and started carrying on. Was pretty rude and not understanding at that was our first time. We got our food and she tossed it on the counter and walked away. I couldn’t even say thank you… I then asked her for a specific sauce and she said they were out. I asked her again just to make sure she was actually out with the name of the sauce. She stopped in her tracks and said “I just said we were out”.
But that’s it, just a very rude employee. Just wish I could have had a better experience refor the price I paid with my hard earned money.

This Taco Bell inflates all their prices. Other stores in the area are way cheaper, some do the same unfortunately. $8.99 vs $6.49 for the same cravings box at the next closest Taco Bell

Unfortunately this is a hit or miss with more of the miss. Needed to grab a snack while on the road to work. I walked in there was an elderly couple waiting for their order. I went to the kiosk and ordered. I wanted to pay cash. Stood at the counter and watched the woman in the photo go back to another employee and showed her something on her phone. After several minutes she walked half way back to the make line, and stopped. Started doing something on her phone again. She had gloves on this entire time. She then walked to the make line and touched food with the same gloves. Besides being just absolutely disgusting pretty sure it is a DHEC violation. At that point I turned around and walked out. During this time several other customers came in and got zero help and left as well.
First let me say that quick service is not the most glorious job but it has its place. Nobody forces you to work there, if you are there just for a check well again maybe you shouldn’t be there. For the cost of food you would expect a baseline of customer service. Absolutely none. Taco Bell made you should concentrate on more qualified candidates with customer service or even management experience. Try the quality over quantity.
